Shaq mad about 15 votes for SGA. He doesn't understand how voting works. Player A and player B might be a clsoe call but one guy is above. A could be rated 95 and B rated 96. There's 100 voters. All 100 votes could possibly go to player B as he is rated 1 point higher and A gets 0 but that doesn't mean they are miles apart.
