@@uchihaitachi452if you're still looking, I just watched it. I looked up "Conan Obrien Jarod Miller" and clicked on a compilation. The big one was momma bear to the cub that had just been on stage 😮
Ppl call him unprofessional but u have no idea how hard is to keep any animal still for the camera and conversations. Best u can do is give them some food and pray they sit still. Jarod is a good sport and loves the animals, Conan likes the mess with him extra hard tho. Just for jokes.
The reason all the animal experts on Conan's shows come across as very unprofessional is because people are comparing it to other talk shows. On other shows, there's one animal out at a time and the host is very cautious. Conan likes to have 5 animals running around while another chews on his hair, lol.
I honestly enjoy Jarod so much. Yes for safety desensitised and adjusted animals would be much better but I honestly love that he isn't controlling them that much. Also gives people a reminder, if they weren't so daft to keep clapping after scaring a wild animal, that these aren't pets.
I bet this guy cost the show a tenth of what Jack Hannah used to charge 😂 Conan was always so careful not to ever hurt his feelings or correct all the words he makes up 🎉
I have so many questions. Why are there doughnuts?? Why does he bring more than one animal out at a time? Especially different species? Are all the handlers fresh out of zoology school too??
Lovely how several audience members keep clapping even after they all managed to scare the bear. This is the lack of common sense of modern age... Would you f*cking clap if you met a bear in the woods? Sheesh.
In the first few episodes together Jarod seemed a little annoyed with Conan, but later on he started to gel with Conan more and understood the humor aspect of the segment. There wasn’t any tension in the later episodes.
Jarod Miller doesn't seem like a very good animal handler. It seems like he can't control them. It looked like he just lets them go or they get away & he doesn't care.
He does just come out there and doesn’t control any of them just lets me go lol Conan legit almost got bit by a rattlesnake in one of these lol no wonder Conan is a jerk to Jared. Only person he interrupts constantly. How tall is he tho lol
I love Conan but he really doesn’t understand animals. Or, maybe he does, but he just needs to calm down when they’re on the show. You don’t need to act crazy and make 10 jokes a minute. Just let the guy teach about the animals, that’s why he’s there. Watching all of these segments, I’m surprised this guy kept coming back. Conan will do some of the dumbest shit. Here, bear, eat my watch. Dangerous animal? Let me scream and dance around like a maniac. I know he needs to entertain the audience but he really probably freaks some of the animals out and the animals are enough entertainment by themselves.
Yes, because a prfessional zoo director would bring an scared animal out with a crowd of scared people. He doesn't know what he is doing & he has been doing it for years. While I can watch this video & no what to do & not what to do. You shouldn't bring a bunch of different animal out all at once. Something can go wrong. He is one of the worse zoo directors ever. You should really calm down. You're making yourself look like an idiot.
I've watched several clips of Jarod on this show, the first thing that comes to mind is irresponsible, as well as dangerous to the safety and well-being of the animals and the people on the set and the studio audience. No other guests on any of the talk shows, whose purpose is to bring animals on in order to educate people as well as to heighten awareness about their plight in the wild, puts the animals at risk like this, supposed "expert" does-and continues to do so every time he appears on Conan O'Brien's show.
Well im weird to reply to a 2yr old comment but i cant help it because you are so very wrong. A lot of people got that feeling about Jarrod because that was the way they wanted it to play out. A lot (i understand not all) is still scripted and it was scripted that way to add interest and make people think it was unprofessional and truely wild. Truth is, he is extremely qualified. At one point, the youngest zoo director in the country i believe. He's very educated. Dont let tv shows guide your narrative of someone.
