It's really nice baked, or add whatever flavorings you want and cook in a covered vessel in a pressure cooker. Also, all the rain you had may have made it more soft. Color of the flesh is usually orange like a pumpkin.
I love this review from a fellow Jamaican. I was considering if it made sense to try planting the Jerahdale pumpkin. I still would try it after the review just for my soups
Thank you for the question. It was my first time planting this variety, I wasn't sure what to look for. But over time I noticed the stem drying out and the vine dying back, that's when I did my first harvest and it was good.
