Jarrett/Favre Motorsports - The Rise & Fall 

I'll add to the story. Tim Steele would return to ARCA competition, and as noted in his NASCAR special "Tough Like Steele" he would fall on to hard times as his head injury led to pill addiction, and other issues. Tim would still race as his treatments were somewhat successful, including becoming a Super Late Model team owner in West Michigan. His team would win the 2007 All-American 400 with fellow West Michigan driver, and now multiple time CRA Super Series Champion John VanDoorn. VanDoorn drove for Steele through 2009, before going to drive for a different owner and Steele came back to his Late Model roots. Jason Jarrett had a successful for the most part ARCA career from 2001-2007ish driving for Warsaw, IN based ML Motorsports including wins at Kansas and Salem. Recently, Jason has worked as a spotter for several teams in ARCA and NASCAR including various roles internally at Richard Childress Racing and other business ventures.

Tim Steele was definitely one of the more forgotten drivers and I think he had a lot of talent but unfortunately injuries ruined it all

when i heard that Dale Jarrett was sponsored by the Packers i had to get a diecast. i got an elite of it.

I actually have a diecast of that Green Bay Packers car. Yeah, I wonder if Steele hadn't got hurt in that test crash and what might've been. Nike and Sony as sponsors meant a lot of money for that team.

Nice as always, Danny! One of the most forgotten NASCAR teams in the history of the sport... Your video made me know more about the rise and fall of this team. I would love to see a The Rise & Fall video on Morgan-McClure Motorsports.

I'm 62 years old and have been watching nascar most of my life,but I have never hurd of this partnership in nascar before.now I have colon cancer ever since 1994,and I'm still battling it to this day.so please do not feel sorry for me ok,and have had many surgeries's since then.and I was just thinking was this partnership started when I was really sick and out of it,or has my mind just skipped and fue years on me.now see you think that you know and have hurd everything about a sport that you have loved and something cmes up that surprises you now right 🤷‍♂️🤔💯🇺🇲👏👍👌🤞‼️

This reminds me of Hall Of Fame Racing and The Money Team Racing (lol TMT hasn’t even run yet).... but it basically other sport people getting into NASCAR.....

I knew about Dale Jarrett's team & Jason Jarrett driving for them, but I didn't know Brett Favre was connected to that team... I also didn't know Tim Steele was connected to that team. I thought it was the Elliott/Marino team that Steele was supposed to drive for before his injuries. Interesting to know...
