Toffifee13 you could be accurate. People should realize that only a few actors can pull this one off. Matt Damon did a similar stunt years back but I'm not sure if he was named sexiest man by People's afterwards. I think he was. So Jason Bateman was following Matt Damon's strategy which actually worked. So basically he was 50.000001% serious. Trust me, they will give him this award next time. Mark my word

I stumbled across this by accident, and omigosh, it is one of the best comedy bits ever - the levels here are crazy. I've not seen any of his TV work (because I watch almost no TV), but I loved his performance in "Hancock." Now I want to see more of him bc he is really smart and really funny.
