In that Courtroom the criminals portrayed themselves as victims and made out the victim was the criminal, assassinating his character at every turn. A dead man, killed by them, who couldn’t defend himself. Disgusting
A bit rich for their lawyer to say it was difficult for Martens to hear the kids talk about the abuse that they suffered at her hands. I'm sure it was infinitely worse for the kids to hear how they beat their father to death and then try to eviscerate his name to get off a murder charge. Unless the lawyer was in the room when those incidents occurred he can't say with certainty that they did or didn't happen. May be better to be a decent human being and say that you can't comment on those statements and let the family grieve in peace. CPS should have taken the kids into their care as soon as law enforcement arrived on the scene. Even if it was self-defence, the crime needed to be investigated and the kids should have been their priority until they could have determined guardianship. Who knows what the kids were encouraged to say in those circumstances with the Martens.
They deliberately murdered the man and got away with it. What's two years in jail compared with their crime? And then go on to blacken the victim's name by suggesting he murdered his first wife. Disgusting.
This is so f*cked up. Molly and her father had absolutely NO injuries after this alleged "life or death" struggle yet Jason had his head bashed in to the point that his skull was crumbling during his autopsy. Molly is a psychopath and tried for years to take this man's kids and even admits she only stayed in the marriage to get custody. She is a compulsive liar who made up a story about a sister who died tragically yet she never had a sister. She even told her husband during a fight that his refusal to give her custody rights to his kids was the most painful ordeal of her life other than the "death" of her fake sister. Amazing that these scumbags only ended yp doing 3 years for murder. Hell even the judge said he couldn't understand how Molly and Tom had no wounds if they were fighting for their life. What a crock of sh*t.
Now you know how to get away with murder! Lie to all your friends and family that the victim is abusing you even though there's no evidence of that, get a family member to plot it with you, then hire 'experts' to testify about a death four thousand miles away, based only on reading a report, that yeah the victim killed that other person so you were only acting in self-defence when you literally beat the victim's brains in. Easy!
