Yet, her expert had the audacity to compare AH to Jason Momoa, Zendaya, Gal Gadot, etc to predict lost earnings, smh. I had never even heard of AH's name until the trial.

This is hilarious. Amber Heard's lawyers brought a Disney exec on to say Johnny didn't lose any role as a result of her op-ed. By contrast, Johnny's team brought a WB executive on to say Heard almost lost a role but it was because she is a bad actress, not because of anything Johnny or his lawyers did. Both served the same purpose legally, but in the court of public opinion, very, very, very different. Amber and her team are so far out of their league, it's painful to watch.

She appeared in several movies and her acting was laughable in each one of them. No wonder Depp had to negotiate both her main Hollywood debut in The Rum Diary as well as her most known role in Aquaman. No wonder the President of DC films admitted (and lord knows how many other people would) that the chemistry with her main co-star was non-existent. Chick can't act to save her life. We can *even* see it in this trial. It's *solely* pretty privilege and Depp's involvement that got her a career. How embarrassing.

It seems to me that all of the witnesses that testified did not testify in Heard's favour. Even people who know her, were not exactly in the top of her game. From what I see her own lawyers on putting on a lack luster performance. It's a total difference for Johnny Depp. His lawyers are going at it 100%. Johnny Depp, on the other hand, seems to me to be a nice guy. Whether it be on a talk show, in his films, even when he testifies, Depp always comes off as, if you'll the expression, "just one guy." All of the witnesses seem to have spoken in his favour, even her witnesses helped him out. I get the idea that Depp is nice to anybody and everybody. A waitress, a gofer, the guy who picks him up with the limo, a kid who recognizes him on the street, people who work with him in the film in the film industry.

Walter Hamada's testimonial was awesome. It really brought forward the reality of moviemaking, which is that there are movies where the main star and its co-actor or co-actress do not have any chemistry and that only through the magic of editing, overacting from the other cast members, and music making can such an illusion occur. It is sad, but it is a reality. And with Aquaman, it was great to hear him admit that Momoa and Heard did not get along at all. This was something everyone saw in the promotion of the film. Even in the trailer, Amber's voice over and her performance was cringing and flat. There were even a few clips of Mera online and in all of them, AH was out of place. Her acting was non-existent and viewers were not impressed by her. There were even posts online saying that Camille Vasquez, Emilia Clarke or even Johnny could play Mera better than Amber and it is true. There are so many people who could play all of AH's roles better than her. And with Aquaman, her performance as Mera could have been done better by anybody. Besides, if the movie made money it is entirely due to Jason Momoa. He was the one carrying the movie, not her. And as Hamada confirmed, she was not and never was the main cast figure. Thanks to him, we see how the goings-on behind the film had nothing to do with the Depp activists or with the lawsuit, but rather due to her terrible performance and chemistry with Momoa. Overall, casting AH was a very bad move for WB. It brought a massive load of PR mess toward the film series. And as we know that the second film will be the last one in the series, this situation occured both because of the situation with AH, but also because of the new individuals in charge of DC Films. As to whether or not AH is still in the second film, or that her performance was recast and redone by somebody else, that remains to be seen. Either way, if she is in the film, the movie will face massive boycotts and lots of boos during AH's short scenes (as Mera is supposed to appear only during 10 minutes of the film). Either way, the revelations here have been strong and showed how much AH was not a good choice for the Aquaman series. And as we all know, the only reason they cast AH is because she was with Johnny Depp when the casting decisions happened. If not, she would not be in the film. After all what happened in Court, AH's career in cinema is not looking good. And I don't think people will be too interested in seeing her stuff. Though this is not a real surprise as everytime she does a film as a main star, it either bombs or her performance is booed.

“What do you mean by fabricate?”. He made it pretty clear to the viewers and I imagine it was made clear to the jury of what he meant. There wasn’t chemistry, therefore the editing team had to make the illusion of them having chemistry by composing specific shots together and in combination with other controlled variables such as music selection. Fabricate just meant “to give the illusion” in this context but for some reason, the lawyer is slow. It’s the same layer who couldn’t fathom how Isaac could kiss Amber on the cheek as a greeting without it being weird.

The producer and director both agreed to take a second and think about recasting. Throughout the duration of the trial, actors, execs had come out to voice their pleasant experiences with Johnny in films. NO ONE has come out to do the same for Heard. Not James Wan. Not Zack Snyder. Not Ray Fisher, who's very vocal. Not Momoa. absolutely no one is coming out to say even one good thing about her on set. It means she's horrible. And btw, it's one thing to be horrible as an actor, it's another when you're also a horrible person. Because in between shooting, these actors hang out. They bond. No one came out for Heard.

The irritating part is that Heard's lawyer is still using the same tactics. Pointing out that one, heard was still recasted (despite Hamada saying they did not have chemistry according to the EP), two, pointing out that Jason renegotiated his fees for Aquaman 2--like for Pete's sakes, of course he can, he's the lead if you've turned deaf by that point, and he's the main character along with Patrick-- and then 3, pointing out that Aquaman earned USD2 billion, which is NO WAY attributed to Heard. People, like myself, focused on the story of Aquaman or Jason. Heard was a side story that honestly, I did not even feel goosebumps over. What the lawyer is seemingly covering is that when movie makers do a screen test with a "test audience", those people do not represent the whole viewing population. Ugh. so annoying having to emphasize this. I'll repeat, Heard is FAR from being at the same level as Jason, or Gal or Johnny Depp.
