It's a miracle! Nurse webber is not at the hospital to ruin or intrude on this tender Jasam moment! Poor Jason was so scared. He looked lost the way he wandered behind all the doctors and nurses. Love how respectful Alexis was to him instead of yelling or blaming.
She's there whenever Sam is too. How else can she "innocently" run into him by "accident" and comfort him how she will be there for HIM if he needs "anything?" Her best intel over the years has come from listening to their private conversations at the hospital lol
As far as them spending time together, that's what real relationships are like. They can't spend every second of every day together. They talk to each other about everything. They help each other through everything (except the rape and baby loss and that was only because they were both dealing with their own feelings about what happened, they couldn't objectively anchor each other.) I wish they had gotten Danny back sooner and gotten to be a family longer though.
Alexis knows that Jason loves Sam. They have been through so much and have made their way back to each other. She knows her daughter would never be completely happy with anyone else. I too loved how lost Jason looked when Sam was brought into the ER. That is true soul mates right there.
I kind of wish they had given Sam amnesia. Not permanently, just for a short period. They always use that story for Jason, it would've been interesting to see him be on the other end of it.
I really love Olivia. She is so maternal and loving to just about everyone. She barely has a connection to Michael, and none to Jason or Sam, but she was still being supportive.
Jason's face when he saw that it was Sam in the limo said it all. Love like that can never be forgotten. The writers must really take us for fools if they expect us to believe that Jason would ever forget Sam or that Sam would not recognize him even if has a different face.
Sonny have always treated Sam so bad especially 2007 he'd was trying to tell Jason that Sam was gold digger after everything Sam did for Micheal and Jason after they breakup, Jason was not convinced not at all, yes Jason was mad when Sam caused he'd know he'd did wrong also.
i wished they would of played out the deafness longer and had Jason pampering her and protecting her so much. I would of loved that.. the look in Jason's face when he thought she was dead. probably reminded him of all the other times. when she had the baby, the virus, when she was shot, and even tho not together I think when he saw her after the hit and run he felt something too. boy she has been through hell and back. can't say the same for Lizbitch. his heart heart probably felt like it was just torn out. thinking not again.. I can't loose..I love you too much.
That Jason needed permission to be with Sam, that they had her covered like she was dead and waited till he saw it was Sam to say 'she's alive'. But I love their love.
How selfish is Sonny?! But other than that, this was one of my favorite JaSam storylines. They could have played it out longer but I loved this story. I felt like it made Jason appreciate Sam more!

poor sam and :( poor jason...but glad Alexis was calm and allowed Jason to go in...they were civil if yet not kind to each other...cause before when Sam was shot she banned him and then moved her to another hospital. They need a JaSam wedding!
Where is Monica....she would NEVER let Jason go through this alone.....she loves both Jason and Sam tooo much...they reallly blew it not having her there
I was surprised to see Sonny's concern for Sam....but was REALLY happy to see his concern and his support of Jason..it reminded me of the old Jason and Sonny relationship
@nina3079 I was actually impressed with Alexis....every other time Sam has been in the hospital she normally overacts and immediately blame Jason before hearing what happened....today she was an upset mom who realized that no matter how she felt....Jason is apart of Sam's life and she's just gonna have to accept it
I agree with everyone but I was just thinking just a little more from Jason you know like how Sonny acted when he thought it was Brenda. I know Jason is the calm one but when he thought Jake was dead in the blow up he screamed his name Jake..Jake..we couldn't get that this time or something but I still saw the pain in his eyes when he saw that it was her
It was like he was in shock...everything was happening at warp speed here. When Jake was kidnapped, he had more time to process & do things, aka...be "in control". I also think it is different when Ur children are involved, NOT that U don't love Ur spouse, etc... Jason was NOT planning for Sam to be on that gurney, she was supposed to be updating Sonny.
@meg123ist I've been thinking about that and maybe he was thinking back to when Sam almost died after the baby was born and died....he was her doctor then too and saw the anguish that Jason went through and how over protective he was then and knows he is even more so now...maybe he is worried about Jason's reaction if she dies
i dont understand why Michael and Abby just stood there if that is suppose to be her friend i would ran right after Jason and got a ride from him. seems like nobody cared about sam but jason. not even sonny i mean they were together at one point in their life and lost a daughter together you would just think even tho i know he is worried about brenda but damn. just saying.
@Kiley91 I know, when I heard that, I said to my mom, "Sonny is a freaking idiot. Who the hell says, 'stay with Sam'" He's so into himself. And then later on, "Focus on Sam." like it's a privilege that he's allowing Jason to stay with his girlfriend. Sonny can be pretty irritating sometimes.
And if we are honest it was those comments that brought to the forefront *why* Sonny felt he had to say them was because at this time Jason usually put Sonny before any and everyone including Sam. I love Jason, but I really wouldn't have been surprised if he had looked for Brenda instead, disappointed but not really surprised.

Sonny's such an ass! All he cares about is himself! He couldn't comfort Jason at all. It was "Hey, is there anyone else in the car? I don't understand what the hell is going on."...How about "Hey buddy, I'm really sorry!" Is that so friggin hard!!
@waffle117 And this is AFTER he was hanging all over Jason when they thought it was Brenda. And what supreme arrogance to think he needs to give Jason permission to go/be with Sam. I keep trying to like Sonny, but he keeps doing seriously stupid and arrogant things like this . . . UGH!!
