I figured that out long ago. Basically it is is pure projection. YOU see that in people such as narcissists, the prime example of course being Trump. PEOPLE soon learned from watching Trump for four years that everything he said about the opposition was true about him and NOT about the opposition. THAT'S just how they roll. BUT if you won't admit it-- you won't acknowledge it-- then it stays stuck in you and you endlessly project it. THAT rat, cornered by Putin as a young boy, jumped and bit him in the face and I think he's NEVER processed THAT pain, tgat fear. Masha Gessen, a naturalized Russian American, said how people ate people following the demise of the Soviet Union because there was so little money and so little food and so much desperation. LATER I figured out they were probably people who had died from starvation but nevertheless, Russians ate Russians. There's a lot of pain historically in Russia & either consciously or unconsciously that pain & thise fears feed Putin's thoughts which he then projects onto the blank slate of democracies everywhere. ONLY a very disturbed Russian fascist could say that a Russian-speaking Jewish president in the biggest European country was a Nazi & led a anti-Semitic regime. AND yet many of my neighbors here in Texas believe him and quote that when they tell me that the election for Zelensky was fixed. MY response I could tell left them flabbergasted & tongue tied because I NEVER fight with someone who I sense is projecting, and nonsense at that, so I said: " Yes, isn't it strange that a Russian-speaking Jew from Eastern Ukraine became the president of ALL of Ukraine and lives in the Western part of Ukraine? 😧 HE did know how to answer to THAT ONE!😉. IN all events I'm glad the speaker pointed out that this is a function of fascism and not just individual people who live in denial and project everything that they can't handle which is usually quite a bit.

I find myself wondering if prosecutors, lawyers and even police aren’t limited sometimes by the structure of the laws “as they’re written” which complicates the pursuit of justice often times?. What democracy? Has someone achieved it finally? Because in the U.S., if you put all of the remnants of the idealism and impressive procedures established by the Founding Fathers - whom we revere as if they were gods … all of that on one side, one plate, of the old scale, and put the weight of capital and the influence of money 💰 on the other one, the democracy in the first plate will fly out the window from the heavy impact of Capital in the other plate. Come to think of it, democracy already HAS flown out the window. And to the top tier of wealthy capitalists, all that antiquated stuff is for the birds anyway. We the People hear birdsong but feel almost nothing of our supposed Democracy. Quite the contrary; we feel the waves of the arrival of the New Age of characters like Marjorie Taylor Greene and Teddy Cruz. And if people don’t like them, our American oligarchs will either get new puppets or shape public opinion into the permisivo thing they need, so they can get away with their blatantly selfish actions unhindered by quaint concepts like “equal rights” and all those musty old rights people are led to believe they have.
