The fights from the Transporter (the oil scene in 1, car shop in 3 and so on...) and The Expendables, Homefront and many more got better scenes imo....
I'm going to be honest on that first fight technically the rocks character would lose to a fight to Jason statham's character because the thing that people don't get is his character in the movies The fast and the furious series he signed a contract where nobody can defeat him or even kill him so if these two characters went out in an all-out fight with each other The Rock's character would actually lose Jason Statham that makes him the better fighter is the fact that in his movies he uses his own forms of martial arts where he uses them to adapt to a fight with any type of opponent of any size and any weight and it doesn't help that he's a very skilled fighter so yeah the rock is definitely not going to win this one well his character in the movies even though don't get me wrong he probably put up a good fight against Jason Statham but that's about it
