Agreed. The game is better for two beginners or two intermediates to play one another. There is much more strategy involved when both players can manage combos that deal only 25% - 50% damage. I play experts and once I get hit, I'm done, there is no breaking out of the combo, so it wouldn't matter how skilled I was once I was hit anyway.

At high-level play this game can definitely be that. I still enjoy the game on the whole though.
