JASP vs. Jamovi 2024 | JASP and Jamovi NECK AND NECK! 

In this video, I update my analysis of playing and making tutorial videos for JASP & jamovi as a three years later retrospective of my videos from July 2021 (find it here: • JASP vs. Jamovi 2021 |... ) and June 2020 (find it here: • JASP vs. Jamovi 2020 |... ).
Jamovi, from my perspective, only has a small edge after a few years of development. I still think JASP is stronger for Bayesians, but for an undergrad not thinking stats is good or useful, jamovi makes it easier. However, JASP now has native data editing, which brings it on par with jamovi. In fact, I both rate these programs 9/10 these days, but jamovi only eeks out JASP because my teaching materials are currently based on it.
