I so enjoy that you pick and cut the rocks in the same video. Anything jasper is a favorite of mine, but that Trifecta jasper is really something else!
The trifecta rock is also my favorite. Nice to see the doggies again. Hate the daylight saving too, but we can't change it in Canada till you guys decide to do it too. Let's go for next year.😉
I'll take a jasper kind of day any day of the week. You seem so happy when you're at the river. The Montana agatey jasper is my favorite of the day. Your videos make my Saturday just that much better.
Fantastic video, Theo. Enjoy seeing jasper and anything jasperized or agatized cut open. The colors you find along the Yellowstone are vivid. Thanks for showing it to us.
Great job getting out there man it’s hard for me to find enough time in the winter months. I finally got to go out hunting yesterday and it was awesome! Now for the pressure washing at 45 degrees 🥶 always my favorite part of making a video… in the summer 😂
That was an amazing hunt! Your trifecta rock has to be the find of the day! It's amazing! Not that your other finds weren't awesome too, because they were! Cutting the wood slab that was so perfect, every slab! And the jaspers were awesome too. So delicious with the color palette. Just gorgeous! But the trifecta is still my favorite! Thanks Theo!

Love, love, love the adventures that you have shared on RU-vid! It's amazing the people that are your rock friends have formed a family across the world; Wild Kyle, Paleocris, Katydid, Rookie Rockhound, Michigan Rocks, Montana Rock Mom and so many others. Like so many others, I can't get out to enjoy rockhounding like I did when I was younger, so I really look forward to all of your stories! Keep on filming!!!😃
Salutations Theo, When lighting conditions begin to sour or already ruined, I try harder to ferret out the darkest things I can comprehend within my immediate field of vision....sort of like getting one's eyes trained for hunting those early Black Morels; they are strange and delicious and exceedingly dark! ....similarly so; There Be Agates!!
My favorites are the 'trifecta' rock and that beautiful dark agate. Wouldn't mind seeing either one of those cut, but I also understand if you decide not to cut them. It would make me sad😢, but I would understand. Great video....as always. 😉🥰🪨
Jaspers are my friends. I never found one I didn't like and they usually behave so well.. Jasperlicious is the word that seems to come mind. I was glad to see you cut, cut, cut and release there inner beauty.
I've seen 2-3 dozen of your videos by now at least, but this one had some of my favorite rocks by far. That brecciated one... stunning. 🤩 Now I need to go hunt thru your recent vids to see if I can find any you made while here in Oregon. Glad u made it out this way! I'd be very interested to know what spots in Oregon you liked best for hounding, & how your experience here compared to Montana.
Hi Theo, I love watching all of your videos. The amazing rocks you find makes me wish I lived in Montana. I enjoy watching hi g the others Katie Did, and Montana Rock Mom. Love the fact you guys share your spots and have a great respect for each other. I can tell you guys are truly friends. Idolaters a question which you might not want or be able to share info. Do to respect of privacy for Montana Rock Mom. I haven't seen any recent videos from her, so I was hoping you could tell me if she is alright.
As much love you have for these, if you want or ever plan a trip to minnesota study the iron range area. We need to get more folks to realize it's a must go place never publicized. Awesome banded iron , binghamite , lake superior agate , all the same formations as you see on agate dads . Today's find was amazing I got 3 big cutters 7-10lb red Picasso and binghamite . Which in minnesota we should not have thawed ground and no snow but woohoo
Is petrified wood and agates worth any money I'm just curious because I have one the size of half the size of a bowling ball and I have an agate that was a clear rock that you can hold in the palm
Not to be that guy, but the amount of sunlight is the same. just rises and sets at different time:) Winter and summer daylight is your enemy. Now I guess I became "that guy".
