Thankyou for a wonderful in depth look at your fibres and yarns. I have been spinning since the 1980s mostly from fleece, yet was captivated by your detailed, friendly and professional video. The urge to experience your fibres is becoming very strong!

Fantastic episode. I liked learning how you chose your fiber blends and you made several points about different fibers that I hadn't heard before.

Absolutely loved the video! I think there is so little out there about (British) breeds and how their properties affect our hand knits...hope you make more videos on this!

Ah that was great thanks, very informative..... and to think that I usually choose a fibre top purely by colour 🤣🤣🤣

I absolutely love to see the mill (and all of you, of course ;-)). I am a student of Textile Technology at the university college of Gent (Belgium). I am most interested in the spinning of knitting yarns, yet sadly that is about the only thing we dont get to practice :-( We almost have ne wool spinning mills left in Belgium. How I would love to work in a mill like yours. Looks like great fun, and a fun bunch of people too! Looking forward to the next episode. Thank you so much for making these.

Great job on the vlog! I love your fibers; recently I was knitting with Yarnadelic for the first time and had to stop every row to just stare at it and pet it. Cables+lace showing beautifully, wears so well for something this soft. And the colors of that range... Sometimes, when I need a little cheering up on a long day, I take out my Yarnadelic shade card and marvel at the color blends. That's a little TMI, but had to say it out loud somewhere ;)

Thank you - I so enjoyed this! I have just finished knitting two shawls and a pair of mittens in your glorious Yarnadelic, and had those to hand, as well as some Harvest Hues that arrived with me this week, ready to knit the Nairn cardigan from The Knitter. Great to be able to look at real life examples while you were talking!

Never thought I’d watch this Vlog discussing John’s hormones! Lovely to see you all looking well. My favourite is your brown Corriedale. Lovely stuff. Even better with silk in it.

Another great video; I'm on my second watching. I wish I'd known about merino before I made three jumpers/cardigans for my little grandchildren - they've ended up looking like rags. Not your wool I must point out - bought in a sale from a local shop. Such useful advice. Didn't know about the super-wash aspect of it either. Also, I love the positivity cowl (Episode 4) but I can't crochet (yes, I know I could learn but I wouldn't want to practice on that), so do you have an knitting equivalent please? Lastly, which of your wools has more lustre than Devonia? You recommend trying one for the green cardigan, but I can't see which you mean. Thanks.

@@JohnArbonTextile Thank you so much for the info re gleaner (I'll definitely look for one of those), and the W Longwool sheep. Very helpful. The confusion was all mine - you knew what you were talking about. Keep up the good work re the vlogs - I love them!
