Hello Ma’am, I appreciate your efforts in educating subscribers. I am a Lymph Node TB relapse patient. I have no Rif resistance in CBNAAT and no other DST done. Recently started ATT from DOTS. My Doctor advising me to take Levoflaxacin for one month along with 1st Line ATT medicine. I am confused whether to take Levoflaxacin or not as I heard it’s a 2nd line medicine used in resistant TB. Your advice is precious. Could you please suggest if I am okay to take LevFlxin along 1st line ATT?
Thank you so much for appreciating, but Kanth N my channel is only for academic purpose, I cannot give consultation here, it will be best to clear your doubts with your physician.
@@dr.sangitasmedicalclasses5285 Thanks for the reply ma’am. Sure, will do. However, I need your expertise here. I am just wondering is it advisable to take LevoFlxin along with 1st line ATT drugs in some exceptional cases? Have you ever heard of it? Because, per NTEP guidelines in your video LevFlxin is a 2nd line treatment. So, thought of checking this with you once. Also, how one can take your appointment if needed? Be it online or offline.
