The fact that the whole soundtrack of this show can literally make you go through all the emotions you felt while watching this show 😭my heart hurts still LMFAO
When the lyrics say "I thought it would last forever" I think of Hee Do and Yi Jin spending New Years together watching fireworks and planning to spend all of their future New Years together, but that was their last one 😭
I'm kind of happy with the ending. I'm glad Yi Jin didn't die or whatsoever. It's just they were never meant for each other. If ever Yi Jin dies, I'll never forgive the writers.
This is the only drama that I'll rewatch over and over again, regardless of getting hurt a hundred times💔 This drama left a beautiful scar on my heart. It was about the reality of life😢 Our youth comes like a wind but it will always remain on our hearts and memories, we all have that nostalgic feel when we remember how happy our time back then. I've always thought that every moment before would last forever but I think moving forward and leaving was all part of our life as humans. This drama opened my eyes to see the reality, it showcased the wonderful reality of how life works💌 I just loved how the drama gave me comfort😭❤
And i will not be watching it over again because i'm not that strong. It has already broke my heart into the piece i cannot collect or heal. it's first ever drama that broke my heart so badly i don't even know i would heal from that or not. i'm happy that i watched it but not again. facing reality and trying to move on from that has always been my major issues which I have no control over. I feel what I feel. I only can hope that i grow from things that aparts from me
I am 49 and had a very intense marriage of almost 30 years. We met when I had just turned 21 and he was 22. One day, life happened and he left (adultery). Nothing is meant to be forever, unfortunately and we learn this the hard way. And it hurts even more when life happens this way during our beautiful youth. Being from the western hemisphere, seeing how Koren entertainment pictures innocence, respect, principles and kindness between people so truly, captured my admiration, my gratitude and love for the dramas. My boyfriend of 3 years broke up with me last year in november. We met when he was 22 and I was 18 and we broke up when he was 25 and I was 21. The same as the title of this show. I'm not a huge fan of K-drama's, however I instantly clicked when I saw this on Netflix. Although everything Yi Jin and Hee Do went through was so different than me yet this drama felt so close to my heart. It was something I really needed at that time. I still haven't been able to fully process the pain and beauty of this drama but I'm so thankful for it. Many fans were upset about the ending and although it was sad, it was also the closure that I needed. Sometimes love isn't enough to make a relationship work. Thank you to all those involved in the making of this drama. I will always hold it close to my heart.
This show proves that not every love will have happy ending. I know saying this is easy while experiencing it and while writing this comment is bringing me tears( both the drama and also my story)
I've been watching so many kdramas in the past few years, but I never thought I could have such a strong connection with one. I wish I'll never experience anything like this, I don't know how Heedo was able to go thru that breakup, bcus i can't.
I had a girl whom I loved the most and will be for a long time. She was 15 and I was 18 at the time we fell in love. Nadeedo kind of reminds me of her cause she would also cry her hearts out in the middle of the street if anything bad happens to her .Right now I'm 21 and she's 18 while we broke up and it's already 2 months wow.I just watched this drama and it's too similar to what's happening in our life. We just had dreams to chase she wanted to pursue her career to be a nurse and I wanted to be a professional boxer. Everything was fine at the start but when we both got too focused on our path suddenly we both felt like a stranger again like there's something in between us that's keeping us apart.So we both decided to meet for the last time reminiscing about the both good and bad times we've been through together and I told her that this is the moment where our dreams gets washed away not yours and mine but ours dreams getting together forever is getting washed away. I just can't explain what I felt at that moment. I've moved on even though I miss her every fucking day but I have let her go right? Since then I've been doing great in my boxing and I've heard that she started some online business and is looking forward to going abroad for her studies for nursing. I wish all the best for her and I really really hope and pray that we will finish our unfinished story in the next life.
Being 18 , when I saw this drama ...I don't feel like growing up anymore but life goes on and now i know that I need to cherish all those beautiful memories to be with me forever. I haven't experienced such deep love or friendship yet but ....I wish I can experience it when the time still is there.....I don't want to feel empty inside when I grow up
I had tried a few kdramas n den decided to not watch kdramas anymore. But i remembered kim tae ris acting in mr sunshine n when i saw dat she was doing dis. . . I saw dis show n d rest is history
I hope everyone can experience their first love like theirs. They supported each other through the most difficult time of their lives and let each other go before their love turns into "hate/disillusionment". That is maturity and you have to have the guts to come to such a decision while there is still love in abundance between the two of you! I just finished this drama and my heart hurts so much. I wish they could’ve stayed together 😭 but It shows the reality of love and life. Sometimes no matter how bad you want things to work out, sometimes it just doesn’t because life just happens. All you can do is just appreciate the good times and the bad times that you had with that person because they helped shape you into the person you are now. This was an amazing drama and it did a beautiful job on showing true love, friendship, and the reality of heartbreak. These kind of dramas don’t come around often, but when they do they really move you to the core. I will miss them so much😭❤️
Before i came here, i happened to watch Younha rendition of this song in Immortal Songs. In the comments section i read story about background of this songs. About Jaurim's vocalist boyfriend who died 3 months before her debut because of pressure of work. That's so heartbreaking.

I am pretty sure that the name of this k-drama was inspired by this song's name (I mean, there were many other options of age gap to set between Na Hee Do and Baek Yi Jin). I remember being at the bottom during the pandemic and I watched this and it gave me full of hope. This was one bright side of the series despite the sas ending to their love story. They were able to carry through their careers from going through a big slump

There are so many reasons to why this drama is my top favorite. When I watch at the characters and entire story, it reminds me of life. I relate to Hee do a lot, watching this drama was like I was watching my life. The confessed her feelings yi Jin, her love for Manga, her persistent to achieve her dream even when people don't believe her, and so on... really resemble to my life. It gave me peace and strength and lesson about life. Not all relationship last and it okay to move on and find what's best for you. This drama has a really special place in my heart and it will always be one of my favorites.

Can't describe the way this song makes me feel after watching 25 21 . This song is literally so beautiful that even tho I'm crying breathlessly , I still have a smile on my face reading the lirycs . Yes ... It did hurt us a lot seeing yi jin and hee do who were so in love get separated ..... But it's the truth of life , nothing lasts forever. What last are those happy memories which we cherish throughout our life . Yet... all these truths cannot ease the pain we felt seeing them choose different paths . Thats probably because all were so much involved in the drama , and yi jin and heedo 's love was our comfort spot , and we couldn't stand it when that comfort spot got shattered . It still hurts tho🙂💔

This song is like my life story, but watching this video makes me cry . This is so well put together and I hope it makes ppl go watch the show, because honestly it’s definitely not one to be missed . But definitely have a box of tissues and I say box because believe me you’ll need them . One of my favourite kdrama’s ever ! ❤❤❤
I had no strength to rewatch this drama after its release in 2022. But 2 years later today I completed it again! What a script.. Still it makes me happy, sad, strong at the same time and towards the end it makes me numb! Beautiful portrayal of teenage, friendship, love, passion and every mixed emotions... I am actually traumatized and happy that it taught that nothing last forever! The hardest truth of life.🥹☺️
I agree...listening to Jaurim sing this song, I'm right back watching the show and hurting for the outcome- such a horrible ending. So heartbreaking. I can't even watch is over again because I don't want to see that breakup when they exchanged luggage- by contrast, I've watched Business Proposal 3-4 times...She's the world's greatest fencer and she can't go to NYC for a tournament to see him and save their relationship?? If just felt like the writers wanted some horribly painful ending for both of them. And we never meet who she marries. So, we don't even get a semi-happy relief from the painful ending.
Even when Yi Jin lived at Korea, he still busy and always can't keep promise with HeeDo. He is going to be like Hee Do 's mother, that the main problem, going to NY is just the last time Hee Do can handle her love
I instantly clicked with this drama because i kind of feel it felt like my relationship Sometimes loving people isn't just enough for them to stay And ye jin and hee do were right person wrong time no one can't change my mind I hoped they would have stayed in touch atleast But ofcourse i know how difficult it is to stay in touch
I read this Drama was inspired in this song, from 2015. It is very possible because the music fits perfectly the last scene of episode 15, when Hee-do is celebrating new year's eve alone.

I loved how they loved each other,supported each other and loved their break up as well though they were still in love......this drama has some soothing effect.....❤ Now I got high Hope's for break up as well🤣🤦♀️

Ну что ж, сейчас будет очень длинный отзыв. Я высокочувствительный человек, так что все написаное ниже нужно воспринимать через призму моей иногда бьющей фонтаном эмоциональности, а также того, что это исключительно моё мнение. Это дорама однозначно запала мне в душу и осталась в моей памяти как что-то абсолютно прекрасное, одновременно безмерно радостное и грустное. Есть в ней что-то такое, что заставляет тебя горько плакать, при этом вспоминать о прошлом и задуматься над тем, что будет дальше. Она запомнилась мне прежде всего и потому, что то, через что проходила гг было очень близко мне. Именно во время просмотра этой дорамы я начинала подготавливаться к переезду и уезжала жить в другой город учиться, а также расставались с любимыми родителями и друзьями. Также эта дорама смогла донести мне одну важную истину:не все люди, которых любишь ты и которые любят/любили тебя, будут с тобой рядом. Иногда человек может быть правильным, а время нет. И часто в том, что дружба или отношения закончились ничьей вины нет, просто у них не могло быть продолжения из-за обстоятельств и человеческой реакции на них. Прошел уже почти год с её просмотра, а я все также иногда переслушиваю осты, пуская скупую слезу, и думаю о своей только начавшейся юности и о том, как здорово, что у меня все только впереди

I enjoyed the time watching this & waiting for a weekly episode release. It was a comfort drama indeed when it came out. But I never ever imagine how the ending would be. I thought its just a happy kdrama like what its been from the very beginning. Gosh! This sad song, its meaning and how they ended connected to this still makes me feel sad & brings pain in my heart just by revisiting listening & watching this. Its been a month & I haven’t watch any kdrama since because I just can’t thats how badly affected I am. I feel heartbroken all over again. I miss them so much! Na Hee Do & Baek Yi Jin 😭❤️ I really love this kdrama so much! I’ve watched so many since pandemic but this got the top spot of my heart
