Why highlords? Not much physical damage there. Is it just for the attack speed? I would have thought an amulet that had attack rating would be more DPS.
Yep, Highlords is mainly for the attack speed. The skill point and light res are nice too. No need for AR with Charged Strike. Charged Strike releases Charged Bolts that always hit.
Hell Charsi @clvl 68 iirc is best but requires a cow portal, followed by NM Anya @clvl 75. Shopping is by far the fastest way to do it. The secret is looking for gloves with a golden tint to parse her inventory quickly, glove with 20% AS will have a golden tint to it. That will get you blue 3/20 gloves after a while of farming, they're not common. Then you upgrade them by farming your mind out for rare gloves with 3/20 and resists/attributes.
@@Floatstonemafia Thanks for the detailed reply. One slight correction to the end: rare gloves can only roll 2/20, they cannot roll 3/20. So one must decide between a balanced rare 2/20 vs a max damage 3/20.
