I am a huge huge fan of Javed Saab. From his scripts to his poetry to his writings to his no nonsense views to his scientific approach to everything including religion, everything about the man is simply wow👌👌
My favourite song written by Javed Saab is....... Sandese aate hai, humein tadpaate hai Jo chitthi aati hai, wo poochhe jaati hai Ke ghar kab aaoge? Ke ghar kab aaoge? Likho kab aaoge? Ke tum bin ye ghar soona, soona hai 💖💖💖
What a wonderful video on Javed Akhtar !! I was literally transported back in time with your narration !! The struggle time for Javed Akhtar started very early & lasted long too !! Would love to see a video on the situation adapted out of the book " THE HOUSE OF FEAR" Thank you Rahoul for this wonderful video ❤❤❤
Having watched a few episodes of “Classic Legends” on RU-vid, hosted by Javed Akhtar, this was quite interesting to listen to. Thank you for sharing and presenting in such a nice manner. 👍👌
Rahul ji, Your way of explaing is amazing. Javed Akhtar is genius & a gem. His writing & vocal ability is unmatched. My favourite lines of him" Tumko dekha to yeh khyal aaya// Zindagi dhoop tum ek ghana saaya" He created an angry young man. But he is really an angry old man himself.
Wow! Rahoulji your Javed Aktar his- story was absolutely intriguing & fascinating, listening to this episode I didn't realise how time whizzed by n that's because you tell stories so well. Love the Allahbad connection n the thriller books. Wow! Javed Saheb a debater in college, a clapper boy, n slept with the trophies he dreamt to win, awesome episode Rahoulji.
No doubt, Javed sir struggled too much in his earlier life. He is a very talented writer indeed. He suffered much in his childhood. But after getting success he became a daily drinker. He drank too much for 19 years almost. But he left this bad habit later. Very nice video of my respected Rahoul Sir.
Salute to strugglers actors who really seen tough times & then they had creamy days..salute y Sir for bringing reallity of film industry..👏👏🙏& Lots of Love frm London❤🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Rahoul bhai, What pains me is that these successful artistes are very well aware that there are many strugglers in the industry waiting for a good opportunity to get a foothold in the industry. Having known their problems, why can’t these successful artistes come forward to help the strugglers and support them? Meanwhile, Rahoulji we came to know about your roots are in Allahabad through this episode. As usual, this episode is also a nice presentation. 👍
Hi Rahoul, Great Video with wonderful info. Late Ibne Safi is my most favorite writer. His son Dr. Ahmed Safi is my friend and I have forwarded this Vedio to him. Amin Bhayani Atlanta, GA, USA 🇺🇸
The scene of marriage proposal was similar to one scene in movie "Half ticket", a Kishorkumar starrer. This I remember coz, I then realised Sholay's sequence got inspired based on it. It seems,he has lot of work in Bollywood based on inspiration,as being a good reader. I think, the duo worked with perfect sync according to their skill. Salimsaab was like a Marketing and Public relation guy,and Javedsaab, the manufacturer,a thinker. That's how Salman got a good marketing person as a father who taught him how to create " Goodwill " in business , and Farhan,a creative father's genetic quality made him a thinker and performer. It's interesting to know the timeline of generation.
Next time - I love to know about, Deewar movie Shaan, Khuda Gawah, Roop ki rani choro ka raja, Shekhar kapoor back to thr future remake with aamir khan, Sanjay dutt & Salman in Dus movie.
Now Javed akhter good story criptwriting. Work doing he join hand with salimkhan, and good come up,olddays gone ,githa aur Sita sholly and so many films writes.
Rahoul Sir, you wear black t shirt in all your videos, is it a Bollywood effect, as in bollywood film industry the names of people, to their lucky mascots to their lucky charms etc etc, it's a rather famous phenomena, so that is why I asked is it a bollywood effect.
In his early years in mumbai I heard he became an alcoholic. He was wasting his talent and became unpopular everywhere due to that. Otherwise with his father what he was in the industry in those days, it was not difficult for him to settle as a writer. Salim helped him get rid of the habit. Not sure how much of this is true, but it seems its not grossly untrue. There is at least some truth in this
Ibne Safi was a great writer. There are many movies in which ideas from his writings were taken. A similar is in movie "Khaki" where Ajey Devegn asks a junior police man to slap Amitabh Bachan and enquire the other police man, did he hear the voice of slap or not?
Bohat Acha program banaya Magar mujhe ye baat Achi nahi lagi k Aapne Saleem -Javed ki Jodi mae Sara credit Javed sahab ko dedeya Aur sun kar aesa laga k Saleem sahab ka koi contribution hi nahi hai Saleem - Javed ki jori mae sab kuch Javed sahab hi karte thay
Sir aapko correct karna chahunga aapne film sole ke scene ka jikr kiya wah kishore kumar ki film half ticket ki ush scene ki copy jahana ek pandit kishore kumar ke bare bhai ko dekhne jata hai shadi ke liye wahana kishore kumar kuch aisa hi satire scene karte hai, agar mai galat hua to extremely sorry.
Javed saab is one of the best writers and lyricists of all time,. Ironically religious fundamentalists of both the sides are actually scared of him for speaking the truth and debunking myths, superstitions and challenging crap 💩 traditions that pushes humanity backwards n instil hatred in people’ mind
Maine ibne safi ki saari navel padhi hain main ye baat likhne hi jaraha tha tabhi aapne sholy ka zikr kar diya aur bhi filmo me ibne safi Ko I oh ne naqal kiya hai
javed akhter ko allah par yaqeen nahin hai woh khud kehte hain bacha gir jaye to maa kehti hai bismilallah javed kehte hain pehle yeh to pata karo usay giraya kis ne
