Swaradaa Communication and Events proudly presents ‘ MAGICAL PANCHAM’ concert based on immortal songs of legendary music director R.D.BURMAN At Sri Shanmukhananda Fine Arts and Sangeet Sabha In association with Glitterati Entertainment Solution Pvt.Ltd. This was 25th show of magical Pancham. The centerpiece of the event was the Legendary poet and lyricist Mr. Javed Akhtar. Javed and Pancham had an affectionate bond. Javed showcased the uniqueness of this bond in the following event. On this day, he also shared the top 5 songs he admires of Pancham and much more...This was an exceptional evening . We are sharing these beautifull moments with all music lovers in three parts. So seat back and enjoy watching renowned artist like Javed Akhtar create a musical memory of the melodious magician Pancham.

Listening to you, Javed Akhtar ji for 3 rd time. At 78, I love to listen to you. Heard about RD even earlier, about his mouth organ - hai apna dil. Loved his ballad-like Jago sonewalon. 70 s RD. And hats off to the talented team of RD

Teesri Manzil (1966) 55 years and counting, but the song Aaja Aaja.. is never old and that is Magic of Pancham. Blessed to be growing up listening to Pancham's creation when those songs were being released Hit after Hit after Hit. The Hit parade continued till his last film '1942 A Love Story' (1994) released after he left the Stage. What a show and the show continues.. Jai Pancham

It’s ironic that PanchamDa’s genius for improvisation and fusion tends to overshadow his classical numbers. ‘Piya Bawaree’ ‘Ayo kahan se ghan sham’ ‘Beeti na bitaee raina’ ‘khaali haath shaam ayee hai’ are testaments to his familiarity with the intricacies of shastriya Sangeet.

Regarding Kuch na kaho, Kumar sanu goes around saying he di the song in first take and RD was very excited. Here javed Akhtar says RD told him that the rthgird dubbing sounds best. Guess Sanu did not know RD told Javed Akhtar and we would get to know his lie one day

Jaaved Sahab ne sahi kaha. Ugte Sooraj ko sab salaam karte hain. Kitna dukh hota hai jab apne aap ke.saath nahii hote. Acha musician ya singer ban sakte ho lekin acha insaan ban paana itna aasaan nahi hai uske.liye bahut mehnat karni padhti hai.

पंचम के संगीत से मेरा परिचय मेरे दोस्त आशुतोष ने करवाया था लगभग 35 बरस पहले , सुनता तो मैं पहले भी था पर म्यूजिक डायरेक्टर से वाबस्ता न था । वो जो वाबस्ता हुआ आज तक वो ही है बस , महफ़िल शुरू किसी के भी गाने से हो.... खत्म तो बस पंचम से होती है । 1942 तो बस उनके लिए ही देखने गया था । बोहोत ही अच्छा प्रोग्राम आपने रखा जिसे हम लाइव तो नही देख सकते पर यूट्यूब ने इस दूरी को खत्म ही कर दिया । 🙏 धन्यवाद आपका

Would Javed Akthar and Shabana Azmi have supported and given elections speech favoring Kanaiya Kumar and his Tukde Tukde gang if Kanaya Kumar was screaming " Bharat mata ki jai “ instead of Bharat teri tukde tukde ho gei Inshala Inshala? For years Javed and Shabana pretended to be loyal peace loving Indians. With this KK episode- and Shabana,s comments on Hindu women -they are now FULLY EXPOSED! In one Marathi channel program to felicitate Lata ji,where Chief Guest was then Marathi C.M.,Mr.Javed said he listens to only Kishor& Lata on his mp3 daily during morning walk.It is funny that he even ignored Asha to please Lata.In 80s, in one English film magazine,he has committed that he considered only Rafi,Lata & Asha as real singers.
