Thank you for getting Javed Ali. I feel he is so underrated but this industry has always been concentrated on few voices only. He needs more album n work to showcase his full talent.
Javed Ali is indeead a versatile singer. Soulful and sufiyana songs toh unhone gaaye hi hain, fun songs bhi gaaye hain. Aur bhi gaane unhe milne chahiye. Vishal ji ko bhi unse gavana chahaiye. It would be perfect collab. Thanks for having him on your channel. ❤🎉
I appreciate you the whole team. You are making one of the best series ever. I would love to see more artists in this show, I hope you bring all the artists if you can and I love all of them here in your show.
Bohot achha tha conversation but mujhe laga ajay chakroborty ke sath bande word thik nahi lagta... Baki Javed sir ko salute itna achha jankari dene ke liye❤
The podcast is wonderfully edited and makes it fun to watch and listen too. Only one thing if you could take or ignore upto you guys, please use some ideas from the old style musicians/artist interviews on Rajyasabha tv. I am 96 born but still have watched those interviews of Manna Dey sahab, Gulam Ali Sahab and many others to get a close connection with the singer. If a bit in start and use of imagery would really help connect more.
Last year Javed Ali sir Got chance in big film Pushpa and he made blockbusters Srivalii This year he got chance in big film DUNKI he again made a blockbuster 'Chal ve watna' Like he said he was never overused But I must say he is very much underutilized singer of all time. His versatility, His voice, His Md rafi Covers, His live singing all these virtues make him fit in any era of music (80s,90s etc) There is no other complete singer like him after sonu sir (IMO)
Javed Ali is the last playback singr of old school voice expresion softnes...when jashne bahara came all thought it was Sonu Nigam singing ..Javed Ali is like a high pitch Sonu Nigam..so when rehman had to record guzarish agn as lyrics had changed and Sonu was touring he called Javed Ali.....Sonu Nigam Javed Ali both r followers of rafi ji so both express beautifully ....Javed Ali has this lovely voice texture where even at high pitch he doesn't sound harsh and at low pitch slightly husky but with lot of expresion...even now if Javed Ali sings two lines I can clearly recognise it's Javed Ali...but I wish he gets more low pitch romantic songs....he had sung one ghazal kaise kahen alvida m guessing lovely vanila voice ...love you Javed Ali ...listening to u in earphones is bliss
I love Javed Ali. He is one of the last singers from the 2000's decade which is my personal favourite one. I love some of his songs like Guzarish (in which javed sang the vocals but Sonu did the humming part), Saudebazi (encore version), jashn-e- bahara, ek din teri rahoon, Tum tak, tu hi haqeeqat, aa jao meri tamanna, deewana kar raha hai and tum mile (love reprise) that are still in my playlist. ❤❤❤
If you keep bringing top artists like this, your channel will soon blow up everywhere as the conversation seems much genuine than some 'other' podcasts

When Javed sir was talking about scractches and few lines he used to sing, I remember few songs in which I can recognize him, One of it was, Dildaara from Mission Istanbul. Music by Anu Malik. I am glad that I know him from there not from Kajra Re and Ek Din, Ofcouse, I am fan of his every work.
True music lovers will know this legend since “Chori Chori Aankh Ladi - Beti No. 1 (2000)” days. Me and my big bro would try and guess who this singer is as we couldn’t recognise the voice back during that time. Eventually we brought the audio cassette and there it was .. just credited as “JAVED” 😎 Few years went by but no sign of Javed lool then eventually Bunty Aur Bubli came and during Kajra Re I noticed his voice, bro got the CD and there it was “Javed Ali” then realised he was in few other films back during 2001-2004 but didn’t realise 😂 Such a versatile singer! 🙏🏼 Love all his songs but my absolute favourites are - Ek Din Teri Raahon - Tu Hi Haqeeqat - Tu Jo Mila (DNM) - Ishq Kamaal - Tu Mera Hogaya Hai 🤍
Javed is very simple and honest in his talk, his voice also reflects that impression. Kun Faykun is an amazing experience for him also. He should say something about Legend Md. Rafi whose songs he sings in shows besides his own.
@javedali sir is absolutely right... Everyone is following Arijit. Why apna texture barkarar rakho... Ye unnecessary husk and nasal touch there's no need for that...Javed sir ki awaj kaisi khuli Hui lagti hai.. flow hoti hai... ❤❤❤❤ Sonu sir respects Javed sir alot..
