In #1 I showed how rough the bike was and a quick glimpse of it running. This gives more of an idea what it took to get it running (well ... in terms of leg work). There was a dodgy connection on the points which meant that although it showed sparks on both plugs when I tested, for most of this vid it was only trying on one cylinder. As you see, when I touched the connection on the RHS points it ran on two ( and smokes from the pin-hole in the exhaust at 3:18) ..... YES!! ...A new set of points & condensers is on it's way. When my leg recovers I'm sure I will feel more positive about this beauty *%! :)
Could have shortened it to 20sec but I filmed hours to try to get the genuine 1st (for me. and several years) start-up.
