Revisiting your videos again after about 6 - 7 years. Reignited my love for my 634 after being stored in a garage for 5 years and generally being unloved since I rebuilt it back when. Currently have its 632 in pieces as 2 out of the 3 crank bearings had suffered from water ingress. Youre videos are a staple for any Jawa fan. Id seriously be lost without being able to see how its done. Awesome vids Terry.

I've just acquired a 632 (my first Jawa) and as I enjoy a bit of fettling, I'm so pleased to have found your videos. There's plenty from the guys in eastern Europe but my language skills don't stretch much further than a Midlands accent. Thanks from a newbie.

Here's a tip I worked out for myself so I'm sharing .. If you have oil seeping out around the pushrod simply make the hole a bit bigger and push in a piece of 5mm fuel pipe that grips the rod and forms a seal.

Hi Terrence, I believe you have a video on how to make a tool to remove the clutch pins as used at about the 9 minute mark of this video. I can't find it and I need a way to remove those PINs from a Jawa 350 633-5 bike. I am having a heck of time trying to get them out and know I'll have an ever harder time putting them back in. If you can pop me the link to that video I would really appreciate it. Your videos are great, so thanks a lot (from Canada) !!

Terry Do you have a video showing the spring placement that fits behind the gear /kick shaft Per parts manual it looks to fit inside a retainer inside or behind where the kick shaft inserts into I am a new owner of 1966 590 250

Hello, I'm from India and I'm looking for same clutch assembly for my India version jawa 250cc /353 ( bell, hub , drive wheel , chain , clutch & friction plate). Can you please confirm the availability.

Terry - mine is a fairly current 640 - advice please ... in the old days I recall as a matter of routine it was advisable to pull in the clutch lever and kick the bike over a couple of times to free of the plates -- when I do this on the 640 the engine continues to rotate - are the plates stuck hard on ? Have you done a video that shows how to adjust the clutch mechanism inside the casing ? .... tony.c.buchanan@btinternet.com
