BS6 vehicle certificate hoga to pollution check kbi bhi pass nhi hoga.. meri bike ka BS4 certificate h...PPM 25 ~50 k bich m rhega depending upon fuel quality... means BS4 Pollution check qualify hoga..BS6 m PPM 10 Max set kiya hua h...Warranty void ho jayegi vehicle ki.. so any kind of electrical n like my exhaust modification....Completely owner risk pe h...So i request all not to temper with settings or at "owner risk".... same i tried to address thru vdo also...Many thanks Again Bro🙏🙏🙏

Instead of removing catalytic converter perhaps that bend is what causes breaking of sound waves. You can probably get the pipe straighten out and keep the catalytic converter so that may not bring the check engine light and also mess up your air/fuel ratio bike may run lean as the sensor will sense less oxygen thus commanding the computer to cut fuel. Lean condition will cause over heating issues and engine damage, also pinging as air fuel mixture will preignite before spark plug firing causing even more damage to piston and valves. So removing the catalytic converter without programming the computer will destroy your engine. I am also a fan of loud thump for that you can add aggresive exhaust get imported like vans & hines or cobra etc...
yes i agree with you but partially..my Jerky ride/ knocking reduced with changing faulty o2 sensor which was also adding to overheating as you explained...then 2nd over heating resolved with changing faulty Coolant Temp sensor...now 3rd tym in lockdown engine check light sign and Overheating happened because jamming of radiator fan.... Removing cat converter can cause almost negligible knocking/overheating beacuse O2 sensor working temperature for proper functioning get delayed only...O2 sensor will work for what it is programmed but after reaching its working temp n removing cat converter won't damage the engine....also i noticed no sign of very low or very High mileage as side effects....Me hoping not to observe any other parts fauilures..then only further cobra exhaust can be planned.
@@JUSTRandom_JR but how is that the O2 sensor failed or coolant temp sensor as thats rarely happens especially considering you have a fairly new bike. I have a old 99 model suzuki v-twin 800cc motorcycle in which after almost 17yrs later finally the temperature sensor failed as the fan stopped coming on. This sensor is very basic type nothing inside for it to fail. As far as o2 sensor is concerned its most of the times other issues triggering false readings of o2 sensors like vacuum leak, sticking valves, preignition, lean/rich air fuel ratio..when comparing to car. Cars have more complicated setup for emissions...but very rarely O2 sensors fail unless you have lot of mileage or your vehicle is very old. Most mechanics target the sensors but they forget its sensors job to report issue not that sensor is at fault if its reporting issue.. and when replacing them it may improve the performance for short time until it gets dirty or plugged again with carbon. With cars normally theres a lil tube called insulator thats inserted that creates a distance between exhaust stream and sensor thus fooling the sensor readings not triggering the engine light. Thats why its more important to program the ecu of the vehicle. I dont know how advanced the bikes are in india now since BS6 or the ecu is or if it can be reprogrammed in such manner but thats how cars are performance tuned.
@@JUSTRandom_JR the only way to check if the o2 sensor is faulty or not by checking its wavelength using a labscope or reading its voltage should be between 0.1 to 0.9v depending upon lean or rich conditions. And i can bet you that most mechanics wont have a clue about it as they dont have the equipment or knowledge about it so basic formula is to replace the parts in suspicion starting from cheaper ones.
@@JUSTRandom_JR and to check the temp sensor how i did mine was that the sensor had 2 wire setup to check simply boil the water and submerge the sensor in it while connecting the multimeter checking ohms...normal the reading would stay open...but when certain temperature was reached it will show continuity. I checked both new and old sensors to confirm this way so the old one showed open circuit all the time. So it was confirmed.
how failed? that me also not know.. everything changed by jawa experts..after diagnostic tool feedback...also most of the jawa owners got their o2 and many other parts replaced...they didn't do any modification like mine..
This is not modification bro....u have removed catalyst converter....and causing air pollution and offcourse sound pollution..sound he chaiye tha to rear tyre me balloon he laga lete.... catalyst converter kyu nikal diya?
Sabhi company ne engine me kaam na karke exhaust par sensor or jugad laga diye hai.jisse engine garm rehta hai.head garm rehne se jaldi engine kharab ho jayega.or long ride nahi ja sakte.fir bike jyada polution karega.i use direct exhoust in r.e and before head and band were red after ride.and engine gives bad sound.now direct air goes out.and engine run smooth.

Right it is BS4.. but its PPM level is almost close to BS6 due to installed muffler same as catalytic converter...tats y Jawa claims it BS6 Ready..means with minimum changes it can be made full BS6 Engine.
Hi Random! AlThough we hear and face quality issues in Jawa, we buy the bike only for our happiness, love towards the bike model and attraction to its elegance. Live for something means we need to bear the cost ! I have taken delivery of my 300Maroon last Friday after waiting oh 8 months of time line. :)

yes i have removed mine , total 6k km without db killers...yes it can affect engine because of change in exhaust pressure difference..some effects -missing effect, Reduced mileage, incomplete combustion of fuel, more pollutants in the exhaust.. applicable to all the bike not only jawa
@@JUSTRandom_JR : As far as I know, the New Jawa which is manufactured by Mahindra Company and which first came to the market in 2018 or 2019 itself was a BS6 Engine. It is Not a BS4 Engine. Please check it once again. If possible go through the Manuals of the Bike. It doesn't have Kick Start. It has only Electric Start. It is an Fuel Injection Engine. It doesn't have Carburettor. The Old Jawa bike with different names like Jawa, Yezdi, was last manufactured in 1995 and the production of Old Jawa Bikes was stopped in 1995 itself,. due to Strict Emission Norms and it was a 2 Stroke Engine and it could Not meet the Emission Norms of those times. Hence the production of the Old Jawa Bikes were stopped. The Ideal Jawa Factory was based in Yadavagiri Locality in Mysore City, Karnataka.

Wo dholak nahi hai, 🤣🤣 Usko Catalytic Converter bolte hai. It helps in reduction of air pollution. Aur haan, ye DB killer bolke kuch nahi hota, usey silencer muffler kehte hai jo noise reduce karta hai. VERY BAD MODIFICATION. BE A RESPONSIBLE CITIZEN DONT MAKE AIR & NOISE POLLUTION INTENSIONALLY.

mere jawa m db killer removed h + sath m muffler bhi remove kr diye h .sound awesome.. pickup increased..less bike heating.. mileage 34-35.. silencer itna thanda rehta h ki directly touch kr skte..so koi problem hi nhi h modifications krane k bad ..must try but at good mechanic
