what "out of combat" means is when u dont shoot and dont get shooted it will go back to -20% dmg, what it doesnt spicify is after how long of "out of combat".
what do you think about the new nightmare mode mod affixes ? resonant and the other one , "on crit hit gain elemental damage " (up to 6 stacks = 12 % on legendary ) and "on elemental damage gain crit dmg" (up to 20% total, 5 stacks) on PvE i have one with both on it sounds really broken. edit: seems like you can also get "weakspot dmg = crit dmg " ( 20% total , 10 stacks), and "weakspot dmg = ele dmg" (8% total, 8 stacks) so could get like 40 % critdmg and 20 % ele dmg on a mod :X
also the reload speed cap basically crippled doombringer and fast gunner builds. Fast gunner key adds 250% reload speed, and now you lose about 170% of that reload speed cuz its capped. Stupid devs lmao. Idk wtf they smokin
I hope rather than nerfing, they just buff the other builds that don't feel that good. I loved running my fire build in novice server but comparing it to other builds, it could use some love.
You dont need to be scared of Shrapnel because their pvp ability is close to shit. Seasoned set is OP as fuck in PvP with stab calibration. The unstable bomber is the pve killer basically. Unless they made a mad build with it 😂
Was thinking for over atleast , would 3 part lone wolf + shaman + 2 saviour be a bigger dos increase overall? The 8% crit rate is reload conditional and only lasts 2s, bastille gives 10% wep dng whereas 2x saviour is 10 weapon AND status, along with reduced medicine timer. Might be worth a try. Use two falcon 3 saviour yes you will get less damage because of psi intensity but for PvP it's what you will have to do Falcon gives Rolling -20% stamina use Crit DMG +12
Mod conversion only allows you to create mods that you have unlocked, the only way to unlock them is to have gotten them, so if you NEVER have, mod conversion is pointless if you're struggling to find a mod.

This is a nerf in pvp even more so deviation expert it is necessary to check in the same way in the body, not in the head accordingly, there are definitely NOT 30%
Ive maxed out my jaws build. All my mods have gold crit with either gold or purple weapon damage. Not sure of the new prime war mods is better, might have to see.

@@CookiestMonsterr yeah I have that on my build, it's a gold crit 20% and a purple bomber damage, I got this one from prime wars before the update, now they drop from world events but they're substats are very low now, mostly white so don't think it's possible to get a gold and purple anymore. Resonance or something like that drops from prime wars now, new mods that for example if you proc elemtal damage you get +2% Crit damage can stack 8 times. There is a bunch of diffirent ones and they get of those substats per mod.
@@CookiestMonsterr Just got a crit amplifier one. Deal 1 instance of Crit DMG, get elemental DMG +0.8 stack upto 8 times(purple) and then the second one on same mod. 1 instance elemental DMG, crit DMG +4% stack upto 5 times(gold)

4:13 why would you remove all your gear to test deviation expert vs faithful strike ? Faithful strike is better the more crit damage you have which you have none of because you removed all your gear.
I also tested that as well but I wanted to make sure that nothing was missing like covered advance 10 stacks of lone wolf weakspot DMG, reloading switching weapons damage can vary too much I think some of the numbers are at 2:30 but I didn't show the test in the video it was like 52256 vs 57563 with deviation expert I'll look when I get back home

I have two calibration blueprints. One of them has Rapid Shot Style with Weakspot DMG and Weakspot DMG. The other is Precision Style with Crit Rate and Crit Rate. Anyone has any idea which is better?
Dont use shelterer, you wont get the full buff with pistol. you need atleast 15 weakspot hit to get the full buff. Oh almost forgot, when you reload the stack also reduced by 50%. As to how much the dmg different i never tested it myself
You are correct shrapnel is still better for pve Jaws is should only be used for crowd control idk why they are still buffing jaws it's good for big groups of enemies like firefly in destiny the weapon is fire how it was
Nothing is more fun than being forced to run the exact same copy paste load out as everyone else in order to stand a fighting chance. Devs shot themselves in the foot with this one. Buffing jaws was truly the most retarded thing they could've done as it was already the strongest pvp weapon in the game aside from doombringer. Yeah 0/10 from me.
