A video on one of my favorite friendships/brotherships ever portrayed on TV.
Vidders Note: The part of the video where Jax is talking to Op about staying in the club and it fades out? That was done intentionally, almost like Op is tuning out and recalling when he asked Jax to stay in the club and Jax said he couldn't. Also I tried to do this in a chronological order type deal. I'm afraid I didn't get to elaborate in detail all that goes on with these two but as long as you're familiar with this show then you should understand.

When Opie died it killed half of Jax but he continued to live for Tara and his boys they kept him going. When Tara died? It finished him off. The two people who kept that good part of his heart showing were gone and he was lost. I always believed that in the end when he opened his arms to that truck he was opening them waiting to hold Opie and Tara again. That's what his smile was about he knew he was about to see them again. This video is so amazing. I can't stop watching it.

I have a brother who ain't blood but grew up together since I was 6 years old we made all the way to highschool and I had to move away to another country just watching this and the show brings back memories and it hurts knowing that I can't be there to defend him, and talk to him when he's lost and he can't do the same for me...This video is amazing just thank you

Wow! thank you for sharing this amazing tribute to one of the best friendships on tv, Not only was there friendship deep but it felt real. It had its up and downs and in the end a tragic loss, I miss Opie. Jax will never be the same without Opie around.

Oh Gaby! Firstly I have no idea why this is only showing in my subs now?? But whatever YT!! Secondly I am in love with this show. No one else I know in my life watches it so I can't share it with anyone but you lol!! I remember watching your first soa video and thinking "I'll give it a try". BEST THING EVER. This show is just arrggghhhh I can't explain. The brotherhood, the betrayal, the angst GAHHHHH IT HAS IT ALL. Thank you for introducing me to this wonderful show Gaby!

Love this so much!! Jax and Opie's friendship will forever be my favorite friendship on Sons of Anarchy, and this video reminds me why! I was devastated when Opie got killed, and it broke my heart to see how badly it hurt Jax. Even though I really grew to love the friendship between Jax and Chibs, it will never replace the love I had for Jax and Opie, I miss it. This is seriously the best Jax and Opie video I've seen, amazing job on this, please make more videos for these two!

OMG, Gaby! This was freaking amazing. I absolutely love that it was in chronogical order and the addition of both Clay and Piney, mostly because it showed Jax/Opie's ENTIRE relationship/friendship and all the pitfalls they had faced. Ugh, this was beautiful, seriously. I had a tear by the end ;____;

Now for this beautiful video - where to start?? Opie ughhh such a tragic and betrayed character. First Donna, then his Dad. Has he not given enough for the damn club???!!! His life ahhhhh my life!! Crying, crying so hard by the end of this. No lie, real tears!!!!! Jax is so screwed up now Opie is gone, his best friend and I used to think Opie was like his conscience you know, that weight that kept him grounded. I dunno I'm kind of rambling after this!!!! I've missed vidding this show too. I think the reason why I don't vid it as often as I used to (when I first started out fanvidding) was because this show is so huge and filled with amazing storylines that I'm afraid I wouldnt give it a good enough tribute if that makes any sense? Glad you enjoyed this video!

LOL! Ugh, first off thank you so much for the feedback. I really, really am glad you thought I did a good enough tribute to evoke the emotions that one should feel when thinking of these two, or Opie alone for that matter! So thank you bb. Also YES. that scene was soooo hard to edit. I think his death is one of the few character deaths where even just thinking about how it played out brings tears to my eyes. UGh it was painful :(

let's all die, right now. emotionally of course..... I still can't believe they axed him. I think once the show ends next week and I eventually rewatch it in a few months or so, it will feel like a thing that happened. I liked too that you used more of the older stuff. That's really when they gave Ryan more to do I feel like anyway. I also liked that gray-flashback almost like sequence at the end. Love that you vidded SOA again! It's been too long!
