Jay does have a different style than what's being heard in kpop but today's music could use a little more updated sound. He literally does not have any weaknesses tho I don't know his support range only that it's the best in BP (not incl Hui). His runs and adlibs make the song so much more interesting musically. I really hate what's happening to him on Mnet and what happened to him in Under Nineteen just bc he's not Korean.

I don't know how to describe his voice but it's actually a wonder, it's one of those voices that you can't seem to seek a flaw listening to it over and over, and then it's not even up to you to decide but you find yourself immersed into his delivery, this is what makes it a successful performance. I didn't really expect that I would loop the video, but there's really something influential about his voice 💓
