Even though Jay is already one of the Greats, I still think he is underrated. No body in history could go up against prime Ronnie and beat him. That’s how good he is. You look at his physique and there are no weaknesses. His skin quality, the fullness of the muscle, the proportions on Jay were perfect. Ronnie was the best, but Jay truly changed the sport.
O...🤔 was their a video about Jay cutler hidden somewhere in this ad- vest extravaganza? This jay cutler guy video did keep interrupting all these lovely adverts 🤣🤣
you guys dont get the 'no pain' line... its like in rocky 4.. its like trying to help you focus.. telling you theres no pain. no pain, think no pain, concentrate on the doing..
Jay is strong I know bt I saw Chris Bumstead.. present classic Physique Mr. O ..did those 405 rows with much ease and more reps.. but Jay did 5 reps which seems a bit hard.. I just can't believe it... considering Chris was around 220 lbs and Jay was 270 or more.. And I know it's a bodybuilding not weight lifting.. just astonished with Chris Bumstead's strength
Are you nuts did you not see the 5 back exercises he did before doing the rows lol dude was starting to fatigue jay is the only bodybuilder I have seen that trains with high volume and high intensity for such a long period of time even the great ronnie coleman has to split up his workout and train everything twice per week
@@guilersyeah he must have skipped through the 20 damn sets he did prior to those rows. Bumstead is a machine, don't get me wrong, but this guy is crazy to compare the two.
