You have to admire the respect he's got for the electric car being that he is such a petrolhead. A true car enthusiast will recognize the potential in the future as it now presents itself.

Do you know his "new version" of Cosmic Girl? Since Coachella Festival 2018 he has in my eyes a way better version of the song. He put a new sequence in it and these is lovely. This is right his voice changed but his song grows with him.

@RichJW No, I drive a BMW M2 Competition and a Range Rover Sport. Always pined for a 911, and very nearly bought a 997.2 911 GTS but rear seats weren't great at all! M2 slightly more comfortable 😁. I will one day though. You?
When you look down the history of motoring there are revolutionary periods when styles/power etc change for the better. This is one of those times when cars such as the Taycan are changing motoring perspectives and history
Just wait until the New Tesla with the super duper update arrives then we shall see. If that doesn't work then that's because the Tesla is a 50 year old car and supercharger autopilot thingy!
Becoming a fan of the Taycan, seems like Porsche have done a brilliant job. Oh and...I'm not really a fan of Jay Kay, he's 50 and unfortunatley a bit of weight etc comes to us all eventually ease up on the dude! Not everyone wants to (or genetically struggle to) be skinny or ripped give the guy a break.
I still have a silent wish, that Jay will take on a job at top gear and reviews cars. He would be the best mix of a clarkson/hammond/may in one person. Totally blunt at times/technical at times/funny when it needs to be.

Makes you wonder what the next generation of ‘fail’ videos will be as these electric cars are so fast, particularly the acceleration, that when inexperienced drivers take them for a spin the crashes will be far more spectacular and dangerous. Frankly I’m surprise the regulators aren’t limiting 0-60 times.
