Very close to the end of an era with this match. All that was left for the Elite to do in ROH was the TV tapings right after this and the rest was history.
What a great match! The way Jay throws himself into the lethal injection, it's like a front flip into handstand on to rope bounce then backwards dive to RKO.. it's my favourite finisher bar none. Who doesn't love Jays matches. 3 lethal injections and the 6 dives outside the ring were insane, the tiny amount of space between the ring and the fans, doing the dive once or twice takes skill and accuracy BUT 6? that was beyond awesome.
Brandi is The Boss for Metal Gear Solid 3 while Cody is dressed as Venom Snake from Metal Gear Solid 5...who was revealed to be a patient disguised as Big Boss.

Depends on roh. Not entirely sure they've got over losing the bucks, kenny, Hangman, cody, and SCU all in 1 move. They were the biggest money makers for Roh at the time.
There is something that apparently nobody in this new generation seems to know about professional wrestling. Originally there was meant to be an alliance between America, Mexico and Japan. Fritz Von Erich and Playboy Gary Hart represented America, Mil Mascaras and I forgot the promoter of the company he was working for at the time, represented Mexico along with the great Muta and the great Kabuki from Japan, we're going to combine all three promotions into one international promotion company where everyone could work in each of the countries and be treated fairly. Unfortunately after the deaths of the Von Erich boys along with the death of Bruiser Brody in Latin America, the alliance never came together. And now Vince McMahon owns the biggest wrestling pie out there. If that's your flavor go ahead and eat it

Im assuming he was talking about and trolling the WWE when he got on the mic and started talking about wrestling in Maddison Square Garden.. but when the crowd started trolling Cody back, chanting Stardust Cody came off kinda heelish.

While Brandi was The Boss here I find it interesting that Cody chose to dress as Venom Snake. We all know that Venom Snake ended up being a patient with Big Boss' face. Was this his way as a heel saying that underneath he wasn't he let on to be? Brandi being the boss who was Big Boss mentor and a strong independent woman who acts as a double agent. Betraying everyone so that she could help Snake carry out his mission. Amazing little details.

@@btonyh5878 yes, thank you! The elite to me was always hella corny and cringey to watch. I liked the bucks more from like probably 2015 when styles was there still. I think I miss their double barrel theme too, can't stand their current one at all😂
