It's not about gender it's just characteristics that mostly moms do, He even referred to himself as the mom. It just like "who is the mom of the group". I'm a girl and I'm like the father of my group of friends and my other friend is the mom. It's not that serious.
No average dad acts like this. It's not that deep. He said it himself that he felt like he was a mom. Like the 1st person said it's about characteristics not about actually being a female.
