He may be "right" that he isn't running a scam..but he is running an absolutely terrible business. That in itself is a problem.I went to his 1-K (annual report) SEC filings, yes they were filed, but: 1.1MM to himself over those 2 years for "Management Fees" AND he is operating at a rather large loss. 2020, negative (1.9MM), 2021, negative (2.7MM). Largest expense? "General, administrative and marketing" - over those 2 years= 3.7MM.

wah??? thats so odd, i wonder why that is . lol Jeez if I were him, knowing ive got a track record for doing great work, i would simply pull up a screen share of my funds balance sheets, deals and records of achievement and tlet this video last about 10 min and walk away, no comparing myself to being ridiculed like Jesus was or Malcom X , I would ve at least had 1 piece of paper in my hand with financial reporting... something at least relevant to the disprove the claims that I've mishandled and misappropriated funds that were given to me from an already disadvantaged community

So he's taking losing deal in real estate to companies he is an owner of on top of that smh . Looks like he also just filed his 2022 1-k with the SEC

🤣🤣😂😅 He didn't understand the concept of supply and demand in the housing market from 2020 - present either, i can't figure out how for the life of me he gets millions to invest in a market where supply is low and prices are outrageous he decided buying a monstrosity of a cost center and calling it the black house was better than purchasing smaller more affordable homes, making minor repairs/upgrades and selling for outrageous mark up taking advantage of the housing bubble the last few years

He literally just scammed a lot of people. But he will play ignorant and say it was a bad market. But he paid himself hundreds of thousands of dollars every year the fun took a loss lol. In any investment there’s no guaranteed of a payout. Look at someone like Cathie Wood …she lost billions for her clients..what’s interesting about this whole situation is it let’s me know our people don’t know or understand the investment or fund raising space and are wayyyyy behind in business. Most of our ppl have no clue that there are publicly traded companies that raised money without a product even made-just an idea. Also if you read the company SEC docs, which is free online, it states everything about any fund in the US. Also the SEC is a terrible organization.

@@justinhenryrebel an idea could make you a million or break you to zero. Jay's idea 💡 was not to create a profitable real estate fund but to sell a dream. Mr. real estate mogul hasn't sold any real estate since he lost his real estate license. He took donations that people gave him and bought an M T building that is semi completed and doesn't generate any income, because it doesn't have any tenants that are renting or leasing office space. Since its inception the Tulsa Real Estate Fund has never shown a profit, only losses!

I watched this entire interview. Nothing about his story makes financial or common sense, I hate to say it. Sometimes, people are not haters, they just peep game when they hear it. This is PEAK game.... Also, anyone talking down on folks who been doing this for DECADES like Dave Ramsey is not someone to trust with your money... He never read his books (00:59:00) but says Dave Ramsey is wrong LMAO. The lady host promoted BANKRUPTCY after they just talked about the importance of CREDIT (1:02:55)....
