Doing a bit of research I have heard there are a number of unhappy investors in Tram Haus Lodge. They have been told the return of their money after 5 years will now take place in installments - over a further NINE YEARS ! Thats a total of FOURTEEN years. Wow !

I grew up in Jay, from what I understand is Bill Stenger and several others were prosecuted and the state took the mountain. Bill Stenger was always a lying corrupt fool that lied to the towns of Jay and Montgomery all the time. He was trying to pull all the business to the mountain, thus leaving the towns high and dry on business.
