One of Chris and Luggy's 'crew' the conspiring fisherman who collaborated in Jay Slater's disappearance has apparently just hired a Tenerife lawyer, specialising in online law and has shown us the payment receipt and instructions to sue 'Wax Unfiltered' for malicious communications. I think Wax might really appreciate some public support.
@@coldcase11 A great opportunity to get their records and prove Wax's claims. You cannot slander if someone is guilty. He would likely be granted disclosure and access to their phone and email records. And expose all 17 of the co conspirators.

There are two things that made the hair stand on end... (1) In Brad's interview he says "you know, stones" and swallows hard. People think he means the stones as jay 'goes off road' but i don't think so. He was fine telling the scripted story, but the stones relate to an impactful memifor Brad... Maybe the sounds of stones on the beach, or something, vut the memory associated with 'stones' gut-punches Brad...i don't know why (2) When Ayub, in his interview, cups his hands to his mouth and is 'recreating' the scene of them out AT NIGHT(?) calling "Jay, Jay" ...the way he re-rnacts the call is not a concerned call, it was more a taunting/mocking call. Like a pantomime villain calling 'come out, come out, wherever you are'... there's zero concern for Jay in Ayubs's re-enactment.

This is a very tragic case which I have been very much drawn towards and send heartfelt sympathy to mum, dad & brother, why was i compelled to this case? many legitimate reasons, too much to write here, first red flag: LUCY with VERY fast GFM, hiding her face, the analysis of GFM wording whereby she needs to tell everyone she wasnt around , she distances herself from whatever happened to Jay, She knows, & so do the two B's , they had time to concoct "story" , we have been fed made up TIMELINE on purpose, however their bare faced lies will out, these kids never thought it would get this big, wrong! They know for sure, lies, lies lies, & I know the mum is torn in two with grief but that sadness will turn to anger, and she will find the strength of a lioness to get the justice her son deserves, I do hope she finds all the answers, but those 3 so called friends hold the key to everything , same goes for 2 dodgy fucks at b&b, EVERYBODYS phones should have been seized on day 1, Forensics sent to b & b, a CORRECT timeline would then have been established, MWT is incompetent , was that the best our british police could do? There are too many things that do not simply add up, IMO Jay was never up that mountain, I believe it happened before in beach, he was taken by boat to remote beach & walked /carried UP that mountain pushed into ravine, I felt all along he was nr water, I kept getting remote beach, violence , trauma, unstable men around him , death, but he was NEVER wandering lost in mountain Sorry for length if this Sending genuine love, warmth , hope & strength to Debbie in her quest for truth for her boy Jay❤
It's quite amazing or should I say unbelievable that all 3 of Jay's friends ended up on their own after this club. It's complete bullshit if you ask me and the very simple fact that nobody has called out is jay would not be classed as missing anywhere in the world if he's on the phone to a friend with a pinned location. Also brads sunglasses are 100% the one's found on the mountain
Hi @coldcase11 great video once again , I've picked up on this from the start of the Jay Slater (RIP) case in several photos of Jay , Lucy Brandon +Brad as you mentioned in this video .. Uk Gang Hand Signals , I can't understand why no other youtuber / tick tocker or media hasn't picked up on this or even mentioned it so far ..eg: Ap gang members Uk (not a watch) use 3's ( hand signal ) which is part of their postcode = Enfield which if I'm correct you mentioned you were drawn to in a previous video or it could have been another youtube channel as I'm following many on the Jay Slater case ,let's hope it get's investigated from all this evidence right in front of our nose's ,keep up the great work love your channel on all the case's you cover @coldcase11.
The disapperance of this young boy its 2024. Not 2000 the technology the know how the resources the manpower in todays age...this boy dynamics changed within the friends group that they did not give a fig about. They did not care about him.
Just as we said two weeks ago & Jay never made the Masca AirB&B but went to Santiago del Teide & then back to the Maruba boat ,boarded at 5.30am in the morning-up over to Morocco & the river at Al-Burg, Khenifra port - OMM El-Rabieh in the tributary-see FezMedia & MWNews 19th & 18th June. It also takes time to repatriate a body from another country with various cultures & religions in play. The body of a young white man was found there on the 18th June. So a new "Cover Story" had to be concocted to allow time for body (partially decomposed with head wounds) to go back to mainland Spain, Tenerife & ultimately U.K. Morocaan autopsy was done & for a report cost nothing to next of kin,but 200 dihars about £20.75p for autopsy report & similar cost for a toxiology report. It also has to be issued by the Court & that co-incides with the Maruba going off Radar for 9 days, then back to La Gomera & Lanzarote,finally tracked back to Juena de Lopez & up from the beach it is quite easy to place a body (especially over the week-end of the Euros footie - 13-14th June) that is why non residents in Masca were banned from entering the park & why Paul Arnott 9up the Rapids) was woken as were people at 2am in the dark by goats, livestock & dogs making a racket. Mr.Tenerife also has played his part. RIP Jay- taken too soon.

Why did they take him to Morocco!...is it a centre for organ trafficking? Was that how Jay had to repay his debt? If that was the case they needed him alive, and he couldn't have been badly damaged first...he would also have to have been detoxed for 24/48 hours, i presume , but he would have been treated 'well' before , and during surgery, from which he wouldn't wake up . A badly decomposed body, out in the wild, could easily be missing organs. This may well be nonsense (I have dabbled in crime-writing, but its not my area) i may be just looking for a sedated-exit from this world for Jay.
Does anybody really believe that Jay was ever at that B n B, or up in the mountains. My belief from what I’ve read and seen is he was set up in the resort and his body taken there after. You must stay strong Debbie, and don’t ever stop fighting for justice for your son, it’s obvious this is foul play.
WOW, Researcher, some EXCELLENT catches here! Re: the pics of Jay at the pool - good question, who was watching/ taking the pics. Funny, BOTH pics struck me as odd a bit, but I never looked closely. a) You're RIGHT - in that solo standing pic, Jay looks surprised in a bad way, by who/ what he sees. b) The Brandon/ Jay pic - knew something was off, but didn't know WHAT, beyond Brandon's SHOW of friendship/ Buddy-buddy-ness. Then, I looked at where Jay's R. index finger was - touching the lens. Realized that, if he was adjusting his glasses, he would touch the under-eye frame, or the nose frame, or the side arm joint, NOT put a greasy fingerprint on the LENS. I didn't know about the gang sign, but it makes sense, particularly the wearing of BLACK by all of Jay's family members. THAT I noticed, and it struck me as VERY odd - going out hiking in the heat of the day (when you're from a much cooler norther climate), wearing BLACK t-shirts. I commented on this before - along with the lack of hat, sunglasses, water, back-pack or fanny-pack, hiking stick, etc. THAT all struck me as VERY odd (having hiked in sub-tropical mountainous areas for 13 years myself - INCLUDNG out looking for missing pets & 1 missing hiker (found okay). I would wear black shorts, but NOT tops - far too freaking HOT. And, no hat or sunglasses in that heat & glare? NOPE. No water or pack carrying some? NOPE. Yet, they were almost always MISSING, in Warren's & Zak's "hiking" pics (and, I noticed the uncle ALSO wore a black t-shirt, too!) It all seemed to me to be "photo-ops", like some reporter had said "Okay, you two walk from down there to up here, and we'll take pics/ vid." As if there was a film/TV set craft table with shade, chairs & refreshments, set up just outside of frame/ view. NOT "real" hiking on dangerous, treacherous, crumbly-rocky-slippery trails, as one continuously visually scoured the mountainside, looking for any hints of a missing person, in the intense heat and glare of that sub-tropical sun... One thing to look for - going deeper, MUCH DEEPER - is at their pupils. Normal human pupils are ROUND, as are their irises. Look at Jay's pupils/ irises, in the straw hat pic (where Brandon is in the background, obscured in some pics, and cropped-out here): Jay's L pupil is SQUARE. His R. iris is elongated, and goes down below the lower lid line. (pic @ 2:04) Drugs, a clone, or indications of his REAL being? Then, in several of the other pics, his pupils are first, drugs/ hugely-dilated, and elongated, with a certain weird light reflection. If you haven't researched this, most folks will think it's normal. It is actually a sign of something different (@ 2:33, and noted it in other pics of him, too (seen on various other channels). Then, in the pic (@ 14:57) of him REALLY stoned/ "out of it", in the zoomed shot, look at his LEFT eye, below his sunglasses, which end at brow level (his R. eye is less clear, but seems to be cross-eyed, with a thicker slit black pupil). You will see a GREEN sclera ("white" part), with a black straight slit pupil - a reptile pupil... It could be from the drugs (if you get ahold of the original photos at this time, you can clearly see entities on MANY of the rave participants' heads), or from a reptilian over-souling him at that moment, or his "true self". I noticed this in many of the pics of Jay & his eyes, and in his mother's (pupils from a certain hybrid group). Another example of entity, is in the early pic of Debbie and Warren "out hiking/ looking" - BOTH wearing black, @ 17:39. Look at Debbie's abdomen - if you have the eyes to see it, there is clearly an entity on her abdomen/ shirt, from below her bust, to mid-tummy. Look for the light & dark areas, and a head shape, with eyes, slight nose, & mouth. MOST FOLKS won't want to even look at this, preferring to just say that I'm a looney for even suggesting such things. But, I am a TRUTH-SEEKER - even when it is VERY uncomfortable, very UGLY Truths. And, the REALITY is, that "THEY LIVE" (just like in the 1988 movie of the same name, with Roddy Piper). "Those who are afraid of "ugly truths", are afraid of the TRUTH, *not* the "ugliness." (Source unknown) Anyway, some EXCELLENT SLEUTHING! TFS!

As a Mother myself of a 21-yr Son myself, who just happens 2b partying this wknd @ "Creamfields festival" nr Manc. I have always always told my Son to walk away from trouble if you can. He has like all young lads had a few altercations but I haven't brought him up to be in no gang even emphasising on his education and putting him into a grammar skool. But we all know, Mr Murderer is walking abt at anytime and can lash out to who he desire be it man or woman. Pray for Debbie and Jay's soul.
Rec you see BBC 3 on "Festivals & Drugs" on last week-put it on by mistake, but glad I did even had the security bent-reporter BBC3 she went undercover, a real eye opener. Can you get "catch up?" suggest you & son watch it if you can.
I think someone had his phone that’s why they deleted everything from holiday but the old stuff stayed, what young lad goes on holiday and take no photos only snap chat where he looks dead
Great Video Researcher@coldcase11.. Kept my attention all the way through. The way Jay was focused at the pool with the 2 Photos spoke volumes, almost like he saw a ghost. The person taking the photos was in my opinion doing it knowingly on behalf of someone else. Who flew in on that day?.. The majority of photos I’ve seen of Jay are of him smiling, these 2 photos are of the complete opposite!.. I think Jay may have realised he was being set up. Pointing to the eye sat between Lucy & Brandon can also be interpreted as “Beware” or “Watch Out” Maybe Jay had a gut feeling that things weren’t right!
Standing awake lying on back working away sleeping partying the future years it will always be there murking in your dreams. Just horribly sad. For his friends. Fir his family. For every one of the people who have to deal with the aftermath god bless them.
In my opinion except for Jays Mum, Dad and his Brother, all the rest of them or involved wiv wat happened to Jay or they at least know wat happened and they all need too be arrested and even Brads Mum Rachel, cuz there all in on it and i think its discusting wat poor Jay most have gone threw and wat his family have been threw and still is going threw it breaks my heart, and his so call "Friends" and whoever else involved need to pay one way or another for the suffering Jay and his family have been put threw. Thank you for your analysis and apart from few observations that i did not see ,such as the black car,and the sign of jay touching his glasses with one finger! Everything else i agree with ,the cover up will be deep since they involved have their connections to cover them, Jay walked down no mountain ,they his so called friends set jay up,and i truly believe it was planned from the uk , Fell from a height ,any that believes that story be they in law enforcement ,or coroner make it more questionable, the signs are all there , My heart as a mother hurts for Debbie and the family, Of course they his so called friends would turn up at the funeral ,how would it look if they didnt?.
Because of the system of politics now in place. If you go back 5 years what has happened? Now what is happening now? Scrabbling about for money, controlling systems-what happens when ATM's Banks cannot operate & you cannot pay for food? When I first came across this story, I had thoughts. My thoughts were her helping him get away. I don't mean a week away. I thought she was not saying stuff cos she knew they were getting him outa UK. Now, Mamma Deb, I'm sorry. I am so so sorry. I thought you were helping your son escape what he is living. Im sorry. I've watched more. I'm sorry. My heart hurts. Obviously nowhere near your hurt.
I'm not buying into any of the stories that his so called friends have come out with. Especially Lucy's that sounds like a well rehearsed alibi straight out of the gate and without any genuine concern or real emotion for Jay. She's incredibly manipulative and calculated. Its incredibly hard to have that amount of self control around body language, especially for a young person (with no hand gestures or head movements) and almost word perfect like a script. The TV appeal/interview said it all really, with her back to the camera, it's quite telling given that they were on holiday together, how disingenuous can one be. I don't believe she thought that the missing person case would garner so much interest. 😕 Even the photos look staged.

In my opinion!! There is discrepancy in time gaps. But one thing we all seem to agree on, is the footage at boat. Talk says its Ayub, Jay and "Rocky" left nightclub. Jetty footage shows AT LEAST 5 people. Time stamps. Between 1 and 2 am. 8 am. 8.30 am 1ish am fits in with screen shot of Jay. C'mon really!! Im an old lady with nothing better to do! In my opinion!! This is so frocked up!! This kid was no saint, but he sure as hell did not deserve this!! IN MY OPINION!! the camera shot, him on the lounge with sunnies on. The shot his Mama talk about. Jay I love you like my own this would be my worst night mare with my boys I have three 35.to 16. grandchildren I have five I would want to no everything and kick scream till I new .I definitely would want to see or get someone to see you passed .I don't believe that was you .why was your clothes by your side if a fall they be up the mountain you fell .scared.

I loved this but I think Debbie said maybe jay walked the wrong way or even chose to walk at all is because he didn’t realise the distance because it would of been dark when driving up there I think that’s what she was trying to say anyways
Debbie contradicted herself about jay always charging his fone .she said he has previously used his freinds fone so was his battery dead or he left his fone in the house.theres discrepancies in everyone involved in this case
Most people charge up phones before going out. Jay danced all night so wouldn’t be using up his phone battery. Also Debbie should definitely trust her gut instinct about her boy. RIP Jay

Think his Mum/Dad/Brother need answers but I'm telling you now she'll have more questions as the days draw in. Clarity will come. Trust me I know through experience. Took me 11 months and to have those questions to begin with your gut instinct is correct.
