I've been getting scratches recently at night and one time, I had one going down my leg while I was awake and it felt exactly as you described it. I wasn't exactly sold on the scratches until this happened to me. I'm not sure if my scratches that I've been getting all over me have been as a result of something being wrong with me or something being wrong with the place that I live in, but it has only happened ever since the new neighbors moved in. I'm surprised more people haven't talked about the lights 'getting quicker' and cycling through settings - that's just what those lights do when you turn them on, it demos all the different modes it has. I have those lights in my room and when I turn them on I have to cycle the settings manually to get to the one I want, otherwise it just goes through all the modes
