I'll probably get laughed at, but your parents medical history and any pre-existing conditions or things that we are predisposed to because of our genetics can make a world of difference. Plus the boy is a 30 plus year old man. Statute of limitations for a paternity suit is 21 years in NY. So there is nothing the court can do. I know his mother has passed, but respectfully, she had 20 years to file a paternity suit, and she didn’t. So that’s it.

I’m alittle surprised that you never heard of this young man before. You should do a video about the young lady out here that’s saying Jay is her father. Her name is La’Teasha Macer. She looks a lot like Jay, and he has refused to take a dna test for her also. Macer has a lot of family and friends who witnessed the relationship between her mother and Jay Z, and her mother’s aunt claims that she’s the one that hooked up Jay and her sister. Jay knows what’s up, and is afraid to do the dna tests as he denies both of their claims.

A lot of famous people and celebrities have children we don’t know about that they gave up or abandoned and now their children are calling them out. They need to answer to them. If you are not the parent then a dna test shouldn’t be a problem. Only those who know they are the parent don’t.

Personally I don’t think Jay-Z having a “love child” from the past would ruin his career. Also if the young man was shot at there should be a police report. Why would you ask for a man who does not claim his child? Why would you stand in the way of him claiming his child. She may be trying to avert being on the hook for support as Jay-Z's wife, the joint income. But it will come out in the wash.
I had a child at 18 listed my boyfriend on the birth certificate then told him he wasn't the father and couldn't take him off. I went on public assistance until he was old enough to go to day care so I can work. At that time they forced me to get a paternity test when my ex came back from the service. The only reason was if he was the father they wanted all the money back from him that I was given. So I don't know how it works in the state where she lives but that's how it worked in PA she should look into that if she was on Assistance at that time and hopefully they will make him take a DNA
