Idk, both of my parents don't know their biological fathers. My dad did EVERYTHING to find him until I was like 28 when he finally found him. My mom was begging my Nana to tell her who her father was until the day my Nana died. I think there is forever a sense of being "incomplete" which is why he keeps pushing Jay. My Dad doesn't really talk to his dad (since he now knows he ain't shit) but he's always expressed that he feels more complete at least having that confirmed. My dad was raised by my Grandpa since he was 2 or 3 and he's always said THAT was his father. I don't judge the man for pressing Jayz just because I know first hand how hard it impacts some people not knowing.
If the alleged son can establish paternity he can definitely sue. It also entitles him to part of Jay Z's estate when he passes away. Money grab isn't out of the question.

I think he wants the paternity test for certainty and closure. This young man does not know for certain who his father is and that probably eats him up inside. I think about the short doc that Kirk Franklin recently put out. That kind of uncertainty can really damage a person, young men especially. Also, why should we give Jay Z a pass for refusing to take the paternity test when he knows he had a relationship with the mother.

If someone lets you know they want nothing to do with you, that is a version of closure. Problem is that leaves the child bitter. It happens more than you think. Too many people just watch a lot of TV and start daydreaming, so that leaves all these abandoned kids with unrealistic expectations. Hard pill to swallow to admit you were abandoned or put up for adoption for a reason.

Ppl wont care that the woman lied about her age even though it does mean she tricked him and because there was no expanded internet or social media then to research, thats not his fault. . For the kid, he doesnt know and he wants to know. But it is an interesting question, if he finds out then what? Jay-Z ducking the test probably means that there is a possibility and that the mom did not lie about having relations with him, whether it was one night or whatever. So he doesnt know but he also doesnt want to know either.
