One of the main part of this movie is music (both songs & BGM) and Ilayaraja, the genius behind both of them. His part was not discussed enough is what I feel. Same is about Kamalahasan. Apart from the above 2 things, there is no doubt that this interview is a nice attempt & a worthy one to watch. Time well spent. Thanks to the entire team behind this & kudos to everyone.

Good interview. I was eagerly waiting for a detailed discussion abt this movie for an long period. Thanx a lot. Only disappoint is, you forget to discuss abt the soul of the movie. Yes music has played a major role in this movie. Once I showed this movie to my odisa friend who don't know any south indian languages. He understood the every bit of the movie , every details wat director intended to convey was clearly understood by my friend. Yes, director lead roles have done a great job at the same time we have to give equal credit to Ilayaraja sir also who gave life to this great movie...

I wish to share something. I was 21 years old. I did not like this character of Kamalhasan. Though, I liked the movie as a whole. I thought, why should an artist become crazy under the circumstances? Why should he leave his passion? After all, for an already married lady? that too to become a slave of a nasty thing called alcohol? Further, I did not like the fact that he got an opportunity to dance on par with greats -- through back-door entry (someone's recommendation). After crossing 60 y, I realize how I childish my thoughts were. Great movies from శ్రీ విశ్వనాథ్. 🙏

Mr.Parthasarathy, Don't you like Kamalhassan..Whenever topic on Kamal comes either you deviate it or praising other artist...you can praise other artist when topic comes on them....When Jayapradha has started explaining, hats off to kamal hassan you deviated the topic then she explained how great Kamal in performance you deviated again saying you too performed well...Of couse, Jayapradha acted beautifully...you would have acknowledged Kamal's performance or second her thought then talked about her performance....
srikanth s : I agree with you. For some strange reasons, Kamal's classic act was not discussed. It was apparent that Parthasarathy was diagressing whenever K Viswanath and Jayaprada were in awe of Kamal's ability
krishna kumar yes...i least bother about this guy...these types of singers sings 300 to 400 songs and quote themselves as great singers...in addition media like I dream quote then saying Maha gayakulu when they interview them...pity on these so called singers like him...i least bother bro whether he acknowledge kamals performance becoz France has recognized him...as I mentioned stature of jayapradha and vidhwanadh explaining some thing, person like him should listen and acknowledge first...
Dear Mr Srikanth, thanks for your feed back..I would like to bring the following points to your notice. 1. This is an interview with Jayaprada and the technical team focused more on Jayaprada. 2. What people like you don’t know and don’t understand is lot depends on the postproduction( sorry a person like you might not umderstand the terminology) like editing where things get edited even if we discuss on the set. 3. Kamalhasan is one of the greatest actors this country has ever produce and we are going to make him a part of this programvery soon .0 4. Coming to my achievements definitely I have achieved more than what you have achieved in life...singing 300 or 400 songs is not an easy task in these day and a lay man like you will never be able to understand First of all lean to respect the other person as he is .. that’s what speaks of your character..do remember that there will always be somebody better than you. So don’t give importance to once achievements but try to respect the person as a human being.. but I don’t even. Know if you can understand this. God bless you
Yes Mr Parthasarathy,this is an interview with Jayaprada. But the program is about the movie. Whenever KV sir or Jayaprada were about to speak about Kamal's ability or his acting prowess, it also appeared to me that you were frantically moving onto next lines without even allowing either of them to let them complete. No criticism but a feedback. No mention of Jandhyala(dialogue writer) and no mention of Gopi krishna( choreographer) or SPB( best singer National award). Ilaiyaraaja barely featured in the 2 hr long interview.
