The worst thing about this apartment is the ceiling height, such an expensive apartment with 8 feet of ceiling height after a false ceiling is done is like a cave. Jayabheri should build high ceilings for luxury apartments. Now all new luxury apartments provide 11ft ceiling height and after a false ceiling, the height would be 10 feet. I don't recommend buying this. The location is great, and the Brand is good but the built plan is worse. Jayabheri should find a new architect. Elip Property does a fantastic job in all their videos. one of the best online realtors. kudos to them. this feedback is for Jayabheri not for the Elip Property. They are amazing
8.1 Cr for the apartment and 61 Lakhs for registration and may be another 50L for interiors. Why would some one buy this apartment, when they can buy a villa few km's away. This hype must come down.

And no one is innocent here, its all about supply and demand along with peoples necessity. If demand is low, all the builders will touch coustomers feet.
