@@jslayer45I guess all of JB’s 33 mins played were the same 33 JT played so JB benefited every single time. Makes sense . The team plays quicker when JT is not on the floor and that’s a fact. They don’t give the defense enough time to set up. That’s not shade to JT because we know he’s the #1 period but JB is a pure efficient scorer, with or without JT on the floor.

@@jslayer45 You have to add context. They play stagger minutes most of the time, so they aren't on the floor with eachother most of the time. JT's game is not as fast, so he gives the defense more time to set up. JB is top 3 in fastbreak points in the league, he is always breaking down a defense and getting into offensive sets quicker. A big reason for his success is his deadly mid-range game. He can come off a screen, pull up for the middy, or just before the double team comes, kick it out to pp or Sam. Tatum's mid-range game is not as smooth, I personally think it's the slight hitch in his jumper. And the best defenders are not always on Tatum, a year ago that statement would be true, but a lot of teams place their best on-ball defender on JB to stop his fast break momentum. We saw Grant and Thybulle the other night get tasked with that.

​@jslayer45 I'm tired of this lie. Brown Been double around the same amount as Tatum has per possession this year. The numbers are like 1.3k Tatum to 1.1k Brown. Not a big difference. On top of that. Draymond was guarding Tatum, so was bam and Jimmy butle, so was Aaron Gordon the nuggets best defender, so was og, Randle barret, and the wing defender in SAC forgot hie name. All while guarding the opponents teams best players night in and night out and holding them to 43% or less. So lets stop with this bullsiht that teams send their best defenders at Tatum because that's a straight up lie. Always trying to move the needle to justify something for this dude.
