what if someone threw the ball to tatum while he waved his hand at the ref, the ball wouldve deflected off of tatums hand and possibly hurt or even killed someone. 100% a tech and should be fined 3million.
It ain't really these refs tho, just this brother😂😂. Doncic been abusing them every game, Michael Malone damn near assaulted one and they didn't give either of them techs in the playoffs but Taytum gets one for basically nothing lmao.

He and Luka have the same problem - they use up their Superstar fouls with push off and shoulder bumps, initiating contact as part of their offensive package. A lot of times, it's enough that someone could call an offensive foul, but people pay to see those dudes, so the refs rarely call it. But, bc they are getting away with a ton of contact, and initiating it, the refs dont give them the Dont Touch The Star calls when they are finishing. And then they both ride the refs bc they are mad about it, the refs hate that, so they get techs. Tatum just has a MUCH tighter whistle than most of the other Superstars - Boston does, in general; like, Tatum chirps, but KP and Brown are extremely mellow, and they both ended up with 8 T's this season, which is I think what Pat Bev had. It's disproportionate.

I think Tatum is frustrated and in his own head. That’s why we haven’t seen the normal playoff JT this year. Hopefully he gets in the groove next series

I literally don't know what Tatum is crying about. Garland grazed him at most, and that was after the shot. Tatum fell because he was fading and scared to land on Garland's foot, which wasn't even below him.
How come the league can fine players for doing certain things which they say is wrong but they can't punish the refs for making stupid calls like these.
