@@jeremyhaimes2613 those were all empty stats for Doncic, he scored a lot of points but Dallas was getting their asses kicked, most of those points were scored while his team was down by 25. And they ended up losing by 20. So it obviously wasn’t a very impactful 42 points.

That Tatum block on Luka ended the game. It’s great to see him doing it on both ends more often now, especially in clutch situations

@@xDawhite Exactly why I think he’s being a bit overrated. Don’t get me wrong he is the best offensive player rn and probably the coming years, but his defense kills his team. Two way players like Giannis and Tatum will always be better in my eyes, cause they play defense even if they have a off night. If Luka has a bad offensive game, all he has is his playmaking. In this game Celtics didn’t double team him, but the players that guarded him still made it tough on him. He cannot have a bad offensive night or else his team 9 times out of 10 will lose. I don’t see him winning a chip unless he’s surrounded with elite defenders. Picking up wood and Javale was the start, but they need a switchable defensive guard like Bruce brown.

Could very well be the mvp of this league, the block on luka felt like a moment where jayson showed his value vs luka. Who was getting blown by every single play if we can stay the best team in the east and jayson has more consistently shooting along with a couple huge games. He could win mvp, but more importantly we could win a championship

@@jeremyhaimes2613 luka has the highest usage in the league by massive margin, it kills the empowerment of his teammates, not to mention he didn't get 42 on jayson. He was forcing switches on to grant and derrick white all game, the Celtics efficiently allowed this to happen because iso ball was killing the offensive flow. Not to mention if luka was every on either jayson or jb they had to blitz right away which caused defensive miscues all over the court👍
