JT on the post was actually lethal this game. He was getting open corner 3 looks for Hauser, his face up game was nice and he was just making plays off the post. I hope he continues with this strat throughout the playoffs cause man he looked good out there. And props to JB and KP for standing up for JT cause that was a dangerous play by Martin.
I won’t be the guy that says it was dirty. I think Martin was overzealous, but the more and more I look at it the more”not making a play on the ball” is really the point that is hard to overcome. He made literally no attempt at anything basketball, it was a dirty and intentional play to hurt Tatum. I agree with Scal, needs to be reviewed.
Further to this, if this was any other star in the league. They would have stayed lying down and made it bigger. Could you imagine Embiid or even Doncic falling like this?!
He's def got another couple gears, he played great, but the only blemish was the 38% shooting, but I think that's more because he hadn't played in 10 days
