Just got back beginning of July and it’s now one a la Carte per week and a la cartes are booked on computer system near the reps in the reception area. We didn’t use our second week a la carte, the buffet dining suited us much better 😊
Zoë Hancock Hi, that’s good to hear that they have changed this as it stops the food getting boring when you stay for a few weeks. Thanks for the information and I hope you enjoyed your holiday.
SiKe Temperz hi, yes we went to Sharm several times before too. You’ll enjoy the hotel and snorkelling here. It’s a good choice with the water park. Have a lovely holiday
Please feel free to ask me any questions. Next Stop Sun Aqua Vilu Reef, Maldives. Then off to Cuba and Lapland at the end of this year. Please subscribe to see the next hotel & destination reviews
Sorry i don’t remember. I know that the staff come around the sun Beds to entice you in. It must have been a good deal as I don’t often go to the spa on holiday! Always negotiate!!!
You'll have a great time. The sea was cold in March but we still got in and snorkeled but couldn't stay in too long. During the summer months its like a bath!
Medborgare Sverige Hi, we stayed in Egypt for 2 weeks at Christmas once and it was around 25 degrees every day. The pools were chilly but some hotels heat them. Where we stayed some of the water park was heated. It takes longer to warm up in the morning and starts to cook down around 4-5pm. Perfect time to get away from the cold weather elsewhere.
Medborgare Sverige I always hear of people getting bad tummies in Egypt in several hotels I’ve stayed at. This includes people in my group. The way I look at it is be sensible and if you are unlucky it will only be slight and take medication or get local remides as they work really well. I love Egypt so will always take the risk of a bad tummy. I had a bad tummy for 2 weeks in Morocco but still had a fab time. It depends on how bad people get - stick to bottled water in the heat and be sensible with food choices.
Good advice. I am travelling in February with a baby and two young children so was thinking to avoid any salads at the hotel and stick to cooked foods. Hopefully they provide lots of bottled water?
