My take on this song is that it talks about being addicted to _someone._ Saccharine is an artificial sweetener that, unlike sucrose, has no food energy but can still make you sick and rot your teeth and is often used to sweeten soda or medicine since it's WAAAY sweeter than sucrose. This can be a way to talk about the fact that the singer is obsessed with someone that affects their life negatively and that they treat that someone like a god but the person's feelings are not reciprocate. The cavities would represent how bad the person makes them feel and the doctors attempt to brush their teeth full of cavities and soaked in blood could represent that the singer is waaay further down in that obsession and it will be almost impossible to take them away from it, like if the singer doesn't even _want_ to be helped (as you can see with the singer's attempts to not let the doctor touch them). The singer knows that the relationship it incredibly unhealthy but they just can't let themselves go. Edit: I talk about Jazmin as simply "the singer" in this comment because I don't know if the song relates to Jazmin's personal life, to I just refer to them as two entirely different people. Same for Salvia.

Can people stop comparing artists? Melanie and Jazmin aren’t even super similar. Jazmin is loud, and a lot creepier, while Melanie is quiet and a lot softer.
