At the 2016 Jazz FM Awards, the Best Live Experience Category was awarded to The Langston Hughes Project, performed by the Ron McCurdy Quartet and guest narrator Ice-T at the Barbican in November 2015. Ina Dittke and Judith Humenick accepted the award on their behalf.
