These guys are a really good Jazz Quartet, a pleasure to listen to as each one of them has something to offer and they all play very well and with feeling. I listen to Jazz everyday and all night long and my ear is finely attenuated to Jazz. Also I play Jazz guitar for hours everyday and even a little bit of upright bass, drums and piano in my home studio. I play this particular video all day long now and have been for several days. It is varied enough to continue to be interesting, certainly the level of playing is also keeping my interest. -Peter

Pleasure to listen to this quartet. My favorites are the "Groove Yard" and Grant Greens "Idle Moments" which is one of the finest guitar solos I often listen to. Another guitarist of his statues is Bob DeVos. SL

This is fantastic! Thanks for posting. Such an interesting choice of tunes as well. I think this is the first time I have heard Mr Brown play in a piano quartet enviroment, and its really a swinging band. Amazing tone as well, really cuts through the mix. No Peavey amp for this gig I noted. ;)

I think Andy is using a Fender Twin Reverb 85 watt tube amp here, instead of his Fender Vibrolux tube amp. I want to play with him and these musicians.
