How you remove the matherboard

hi is the blutooth chip part of the mainboard all of a sudden my speaker stopped working but i tried to reset to which it had an audible sound but no music. i havent tried the direct connection in the back to see if they work.

What is the name of the amplifier ic in the centre of the board Are there any pre-amps

How did youe take the basses of, the one on the side??
