As hardware devices these speakers are phenomenal. The firmware, however, leaves a lot to be desired, and makes pairing two together in stereo a subpar experience ( I have two flip sixes). The speakers frequently drop the signal between them, and sound quality goes from excellent to poor, to non-existent, then back to excellent. When the speakers are working together in stereo mode, and without incident, they sound amazing. Unfortunately they're not able to maintain this connectivity for any longer than a few minutes at a time. I've returned speakers thinking something was wrong with one or both of them, searched until I reached the end of the internet, and contacted JBL tech support. I eventually walked away with the knowledge that the firmware just sucks. In spite of this I still like the flip sixes because the build quality is excellent, the sound quality is excellent, the battery life is great. When stereo pairing works as it should, it's hard to wrap my head around the soundstage these two little speakers produce... I just wish JBL would do something about the firmware lol.
My Flip 6 has been dropping the connection to my Surface Pro 9 from day one. After following the instructions in the video and connecting to my iPhone... surprise, I have an update waiting in the dugout. I hope the update does the trick! Thank you!
After the update it doesn´t connect anymore, unless I also activate my GPS. That is a lot of work to turn it on and off for just adjusting the sound a little Is there a way to do a rollback? Reversing the update or get an older one on it?

When i plug into charge my flip 6 after sometime its charge from beginning and battery percentage showing 20% when i reset it showing 80% then when i again connet it to charge after sometime its again charging form first battery showing 40% then when i again reset it its showing 100% . Whats is the problem with the speaker using jbl provided charging cable and using redmi 18watt charger .issue always occuring. If anyone have some suggestions please help .really frustrated 😞
