I bought this speaker 2 months ago from T-mobile and when I tell you I'm getting another one for the other side of my room, I'm doing just that. I always preferred to listen to music in my car but now I love it in my house too. That bass is king!

I'm never in the market for any of the things you review, but every video is so entertaining. I don't miss a single one.

I love mine!! The bass is so warm and deep, so much power coming from this box. I like that it’s not too small or too big and easy to carry around and aesthetically it’s a cool funky box The lights are pretty too haha..

I know you say the mic is not doing any justice, but you can hear that bass really good. Sounds incredible. That's my first time hearing the official Flossy Carter sound test song on a Bluetooth speaker, sounds fantastic 👌🏾

dude i wasn’t even that interested in this speaker when the video Dropped because I usually don’t like speakers of this size but now watching the video ,now I realize I need this immediately ,this is exactly why I tune into floss carter tech videos and no one else cuz it’s not the same.

Got mine yesterday and it's beyond expectations. The bass is deep and the mids are best with the app settings. Love it

Got 2 Encores with extra lights and mics paired together and they kick ass for their size..... in my eyes they are the best and cleanest sounding partybox of them all

JBL is great. I bought a first gen JBL go for a little speaker 7 years ago and STILL use it as a shower speaker every day.

I have my JBL pulse the first version so many years now is still works perfect and that looks like a heater instead of a carry on boombox.

Would love to see a teardown of this and other JBL speakers, just to see if JBL could have put bigger batteries into their speakers.

Floss videos are like comfort food. They go down so easy.

One thing that I love about his videos, he's bought and reviewed like 100 damn BT speakers. And he’ll still get excited like something was his 1st speaker. Dude has a $2k Diamondboxx and a bunch of other crazy expensive ones. And here he's still super geeked from a $299 speaker. I don't have Diamondboxx money, but I did just order one of these. His enthusiasm is infectious, and he ain't even trying to sell shit, if he likes something you know it. I had to have one of these, which is probably the 10th thing now I've bought from watching one of his videos. Other shit I bought from people's videos, I've been let down a few times. But the stuff I've bought from Flossy videos I've never been disappointed. He might have an unconventional very non linear rating system, but he always seems to be spot on. I haven't went to get the speaker yet, but I already know it'll be money.

I almost bought this, but opted for the JBL PartyBox 110 for one main reason, battery life. The Encore Essential is at 6 hours, the 110 at 12 hours. Real world time is closer to 60% of rated battery life when played at 80%+ volume. Also, there is a stand mount option for the 110.

Hmm, I'm curious how you would feel about the onn groove medium sized speaker. It's 80$ and has 40 watts of power but is similar in size to that partybox for a fraction of the price. I owned the speaker awhile back and it was hands down the best I have owned for 80 bucks. Bass hit hard, sounded pretty good too. Curious how it compares to the 300$ encore, might be a good video for you to make to possibly appeal to people on a budget. Great video, always hyped to see you post another one💪

i wish they'd make thinner light rings n squeeze in larger woofers. that 5" woofer could have been 8" for a box that size, still with (thinner) RGB. also, for a day at the beach figure on adding two massive AC-power battery packs. really curious to catch your review of the Boombox 3 coming in Summer. they finally bit the bullet and made it a real 3-way, with a 5x8 or 6x9 ("football shaped") woofer. THAT might be amazing.

I’m all about JBL speakers. Been on them since the Flip 2 when I was a sophomore in HS. I heard this speaker in the mall last night and was like ain’t no way that small ass speaker is producing bass that clean and that deep. JBL never ceases to amaze me.

I walked into T-mobile and it immediately caught my eye. Employees were playing music and that little thing was powerful. I purchased immediately. I have been speaker shopping previously quite some time. Most just way too big. But this one here, based on its size alone, I’m sure i won’t need to return. I’ll probably upgrade to a better speaker eventually. The louder and good bass, the better for me.

What up Floss, apparently there are two versions of this speaker "The Encore Essential" and "The Encore". The Encore is what's supposed to come with a wireless mic and may be about 50/100 bucks more. This one sounds dope tho, I was thinking about giving in and buying that HyperBoom but this could just be a better option.

I am ready for a spontaneous party cause mine came with 2 Wireless Mics and the build quality is excellent on the Mics (just need to get Mic muffs!) - I already got the driver moving at low volume I adore the physical knobs!
