One design issue I think, is you squeeze the stem and click it twice to advance your songs. On 3rd gen you tap the large speaker. The difference is by grabbing the stem each time, you tend to loosen the bud fit in your ear. Not always, but the bud falls out a few times while running. The old tap to change never had that problem for me. I would not have changed that tap function. That said, the newer Pro version sticks in the ear, almost airtight if you want that. I do not like that Airtight fit. So that's why I'd stay with this version as the best trade off of comfort, use, and overall feel.
Hi Ashan, me again, I'm having a few issues 1) Only 1 earbud is responsive, brand new. Yet only the right earbud has touch control design 2) My 3 button touch doesn't not go to the previous song, only long touch to turn off works, 1 touch to pause works and double touching to go to the next song, no return function 3) Both of them are in sync however, I can't seem to get the left one to "work" 4)personal issue but I seem to have noticed the right one doesn't fit well, I'm only 16 so my ears aren't "big" but damn Like is only one earbud mean't to have touch interactive connectivity, I can turn on the left one just fine, also can you sync them so that when you turn on one it turns on both? i have theese earbuds i m using it with note 9 when i connect both at a same time audio misses on but when i use single earbud at a time it work fines whats the issue

Hi, just one question. Do they have build in Mic? because I have the black ones, but cannot manage to use them for a phone call. I mean, I can answer the call with touch, I hear perfectly the other person, however, they don't hear me because it uses the phone microphone. So if I have the phone in my pocket I still have to put it out and in front of my face to talk. So, I'm not sure if I'm missing something. Thanks!

I tried what you said in the comments and every time the lights are flashing blue/red but not together (blue/blue or red/red) no matter how I try. I tried tapping it but the only thing they say together is 'pairing'. Both are connected but separately. I have the jbl tw4 sport if that helps any. Try pairing them again from beginning by using these steps. BLUE/BLUE, RED/RED) then pair it..after that you will hear (BLUETOOTH CONNECTED) on both earbuds...it means that 2 earbuds are already working. 2- Try turning on the device again and put in in your ear then tap continuously till u hear "Device connected". 3-Put the both air Bud inside the Box make sure both are charging then press the Box Button and hold it till u see a red and blue light flash on both Air Bud. Then bring out the Right ear then the left hold on a minute both will pair up...then go to ur bluetooth and connect. 4-Put it back in the case and click the button that's on the case, and if that didn't work it turns out just do a long press the side of each ear but until you hear it's a power on or power off, it turns out there separately connected as i explained in the video. How can you know if the earbuds are fully charged? You say the charging pod takes 20 min and the earbuds 15 min each. I am having a lot of problems connecting BOTH earbuds. Only the R one is connecting.

I got them today, and to be honest, im not satisfied by sound quality... 2 years ago I got panasonic BT earbuds for 40 bucks, MUCH better sound... Tho left and right are connected with wire, and controll panel, but bass is much louder and fits ear better.

Goodthings inLife, I have these and normally when only one charges it means the one not chargin is not properly seated. Sometimes the rubber piece on the earbud gets out of position and prevents the magnet from pulling it into the charging prongs. The charging prongs are 5v so I think they come off the same wires. When I got mine the battery in the right one didn’t charge so I took it apart and saw the battery was 0.4 volts, so the protection circuit won’t allow it to charge. I applied 4.2v directly to the battery until it was above 3v, put it back together and it’s been charging fine ever since. The battery charge circuit is in each earbud not in the case, the case just sends out 5V.
